I have always had problems with my thighs. I remember in junior high school in gym class, i injured one of my thighs when i was gonna run. It was awful.... Thank u! Have a great week! Depends on your time you have! You can do the routine in 10 minutes, and then increase time longer. When you have more time, you can do each movement from 5-10, or even 21 times that you like. Just listening to yourself, how many times you need to practice! Thanks
