Great recommendation on the CarPro CQuartz UK. I've used a few different ceramic coatings, and the CarPro CQuartz UK is by far my favorite. Very easy to apply, outstanding shine, and it's freaking durable. My wife's 4 Runner is approaching 2 years old and the coating is still holding up quite well, with just the 6-month application of Reload. After 3 years on my daily, it was time to polish off what was left of the old UK and apply a new ceramic coating. Applied DPC Shield and Armor and am a bit disappointed. It's nowhere near as brilliant a shine as the CQuartz, and the water beading is nowhere near as impressive. When it came time to apply a coating to my new (to me) Miata Club, I went with UK 3.0. Went on even easier than the original version (not as long of a flash time), and I'm expecting the same longevity of the original. There's a reason it's so highly rated.

What coating would be better for the vehicle, one with a higher Sio2 % like TAC systems UHS or a product that contains Polysilazane both boasting protection for 7 - 10 years?
I asked the people who install this coating and haven’t heard back from them, imagine that. To add my opinion I use shine supply throttle quick detailer on my coated car because it has no wax or polymers.

I'm currently using 3D Speed, which works great in the Sun. I would like you to review TW Hybrid Solutions Ceramic Polish and Wax to see if it has more cut than 3D Speed, or similar to 3D One.
Consider it done....when I get it.

How does Cquartz Lite compare to CG Hydrocharge? theyre similar in price and both claim to last about 6 months.
I have found CQ Lite to last longer and more chemical resistant than the CG product.
I've not used the Cquartz Lite so I can't comment on that, I will say The CG Hydrocharge is so, so easy to apply and has a really nice gloss to it.
can you tell us how to remove carpro dlux from black toyota trim or is it not possible? thanks
paint thinner on a cloth will do it, its how i got my toyota plastics clean before i coated them (not with car pro) but needed to make sure nothing else was on them, white spirit as its called or turpentine substitute its sometimes called
@@jusb1066 does it remove the coating? or are you trying to clean the surface before the coating? i want to remove the coating on the trim that was applied.
Citrol 266 is also worth a shot.
