Just an aside. I used the same penetrating oil you mentioned for years (power plant) but have gone to liquid wrench. It honestly out performes it and is soooooo much cheaper.
Brian I let you a question about infrared light. And I think you should do a video about it I can’t find any video on UA-cam explain the proses to cure coating that way
This segment is such a fantastic way to interact witht the viewers! An incredible oppertunity to ask questions and get them answered by one of the best in the business.
I failed to find the appropriate email address for questions. I apologize. I would like to see a show devoted to the various pads that you use, both foam and cloth or wool as well as the sources. What pads are for what? Thank you so very much for your time and help.
Hey Brian, you mentioned a few tips about caring for microfiber towels. And one was to dry them on very low heat and to maybe take them out just before they are fully dry and fold them up to finish drying out on a shelf. Any worry about mildew forming if they are still slightly damp, or does microfiber not work that way and create that sort of thing? Thx
Great info as always Brian. I’m going to be needing to mask off some plastic trim soon and was wondering if you have a tape that you recommend? Thank you!
Brian I want to know when you are correcting a vehicle which pads , how many of them you use, and do you clean them every panel of used? If I am a diy type of guy with only one type of each of those pads.
What are the tips and tricks of wet sanding scratches in the paint of colors that have a base coat, tinted clear coat and then a clear top coat like Mazda’s beautiful new red color?
Can you review NEXGEN it's off Facebook ads. I think it's crap vs turtle Wax seal and shine. They clam they put 13% Si02 vs everyone else put 1%. I bought it, it does make the car slick, but I don't know about anything else. Thanks.
@@apexdetail85 thanks. If I new you were only 20 min from me. I would bring my car to you. Ceramic pro people didn't prep the car the way you said and everyone else said to do.. And I bought a lifetime 🙄 package. I am working on filling the chips on my hood, I have already removed all the ceramic. repairing chips is a pain. I use dr. Chip but that is garbage I am using the actual paint from the dealer and that's coming out better but I'm not a professional so it's taking a lot of work. I already and not stripping paint from a section and not sure how to correct it.
@@apexdetail85 I definitely want to. Once I'm satisfied with all the chipsfix them. I will try to do ceramic coating again on just a hood the rest of the car is good

Thanks for the Anti-Static tips! My dryer has a damp dry setting. I'll try that then let them air dry the rest of the way.

To not sand deep. 15 microns at most.
