Whatnot: what not to do in the hobby. This is a snap judgement but I’ve been noticing these trends for a while. To each their own, but it feels like people are being taken advantage of to some extent.

I usually buy my box on eBay. I was just on whatnot yesterday because PSA was plugging it with a email. I was on there for the first time it seemed like fun but most of it seem scummy especially the bounty stuff. And the worst part is a lot of the bounty are crap graded card that only a select buyer may want so you will never end up selling it. Even the streamer that I bought from is almost double ebay price. But at least all the boxes had the right pulls and I did get pretty lucky but over all definitely not everyday only for that gambling itch

I am starting to see the scam already inside whatnot and these bounty needs to be banned because to me it’s gambling and if there is some cheating going on they need to be remove. I won two different bounty and I am seeing now they would rather give you back your money than to give you what you have won because they can’t lose. Two item I got never got deliver and if I complain all whatnot will do is return my money and seller gets to keep the winning card I should have gotten
I got banned from WhatNot for calling people out for this and doing wheel spins. It's against WhatNot's ToS but they overlook it because it makes them a ton of money.
But you didnt explain when the switch was made? Was it when you opened the multipack putting the packs out of screen and picking up the same pack art but different?

Box breaks are a scam in plain sight. Come on if you want to open packs do it youreself do not overpay for someone else to open youre packs. People complaining about scalpers on the one side but pay people online top value to open packs for them. And I have not talked about mystery boxes those should be illegale.
Well in one sense you could just open packs yourself. But then you get into how do you get the packs? Order off ebay that may have been searched? If someone is breaking a box and charging close to loose pack on ebay I would rather just get a pack from a box break I can watch live.

So basically when you sat all 3 packs off to the side off screen, you already had 3 packs same artwork that you searched and repackaged and glued shut and when you brought them back on the screen you swapped them so you knew what they were? if thats not how you did this I don't get it. I dont see anyway why pokemon would make blisters be the same cards every time or something that's just weird. Im new to pokemon, I do sell on whatnot. I only use sealed ETB & Booster boxes. & mainly sell Metazoo
The 3 pack blisters are almost impossible to open without tearing into it so I was wondering the same thing. I watched it several times and I'm certain now that when he took the packs out, he placed it off screen and had 3 other packs waiting on the side ready to go. If you look to see where he placed the 3 packs from the blister, to when he brings it back into screen, the position of his arm/hands are different.
Curious why you think someone would have to scam when they're making $100's of dollars to give away a $60 slab. This is a very highly prosecutable offense and they could lose a great stream of income. Obviously someone could reseal packs, that's anywhere. Your next video should be "The streamers on whatnot might be sitting on stools".
