I really like this exercise, I like the format of it because it reminds me so much of the one you did several years ago that you mentioned at the beginning of the video. That video really helped me to begin exercising and get more fit. I also like that you mentioned in this video and a previous video the exercise counts towards your 150 minutes of weekly activity.
