    Thanks Richard . I am 83 and had some health problems. This walking workout is just perfect to ease me back into walking .

    I really like this exercise, I like the format of it because it reminds me so much of the one you did several years ago that you mentioned at the beginning of the video. That video really helped me to begin exercising and get more fit. I also like that you mentioned in this video and a previous video the exercise counts towards your 150 minutes of weekly activity. Thank you. (Looks like you have lost some weight:)

    Richard,Another great exercise .I did it first in the morning with no need to stop it for all 10 minutes.THENK YOU SOOOOO MUCH !

    Can this exercise will help me for arms and shoulders. I can't able to lift my hands because of arms pain
