Thank you so much Richard! I had open heart surgery with aortic valve replacement and an ablation in August, and have been doing cardio rehab. My insurance had run out, and I found your videos this morning! They are so awesome! I am still a little slow, but I managed to do the warm up on your previous video and made it to 10 minutes on this one! Woo Hoo! I am so excited. I plan on doing another set this afternoon, and my heart rate is doing great! Thank you again and many Blessings to you! I am 65 years old, and so grateful to be here! This helps so much for people who are home bound, and can't aford other things. My goal is to get well enough to walk charity walks to give back with all the Blessings I have received. We can do it!!🥰

Hi, I just came across your video today and honestly it is very helpful. I've been suffering with PAD for last 3yrs and the doctor here in India don't even guide you with proper information. All they want you to do is take blood thinner and go in for stents. Thanks again.

I believe they work for mine but my pain level might be different than yours is so while its a calm exercise don't over do it when you reach a 3 out of 4 1 being the lowest and 4 unmanage pain pause and rest then pick it back up. Your personal goal might be to eventually do the whole ten minutes in one jump or to do it twice.
