Hi Richard, i was having a very stressful day that i had to push myself to work out today. Then i came across this exercise and decided to follow along. It's perfect for me today. Thanks for this wonderful video that has encouraged me to keep moving my body.
I like this set of workout. It works well for me as a 60 yo man. I have weak and painful knees and was wondering if future video on regulating BP can be just as good and friendly to those with weak and painful knees.
Most of my workouts will be beneficial for managing BP. But checkout the blood pressure playlist and find one that feels easier on the knees here: ua-cam.com/play/PLf9i8qFtMBBI9YPPSqbqzFOOYa45N_pPc.html
Thanks again for a great workout. I like to mix of cardio and resistance work plus following your workout means I have to be more disciplined with warm up and cool down. Cheers. Sue, New Forest, UK
Hi i really love your workouts. I have a query though , i had sinus arthymia during my initial ecg scans and then i had anxiety period for ariund 8 months still some traces is there and during that frame when checked ecg with worry it came sinus tachycardia. Is there any issue with me or can i get back to normal by following your workout
The cool down like the warm up are important components of the workout to help the nervous system. This also helps avoid the onset of heart arrhythmias in some people.
I was using my 4kg dumbbells, but obviously you need to find the right weight for you. Everyone will be different, and it's even better if you have more than one pair of weights as some exercises will be easier than others.
unang exercise ko palang sobrang laki ng impact will do it daily love from philippines !!! pls continue creating healthy videos
Great, more to come throughout 2025 to add to our playlist here: ua-cam.com/play/PLf9i8qFtMBBK1VBEA-IlSw7VrXxrvxHUF.html

I can't answer this as I don't know anything about you and your conditions. Check with your doctor.
@ExerciseForHealth Is the cooldown optional? You mentioned that it brings the heart rate down. Can I skip it and save 6 minutes? 😀

@@ExerciseForHealth Thank you. I did not know that. I enjoyed using the weights.
So I shouldn't do this one if I have no idea what my blood sugar/A1C levels are like since I've never been tested for those?
You can still do this. I was pointing out that for those with pre-diabetes/ diabetes or high blood pressure, it will help.
@ExerciseForHealth ok thank you Richard!
Pl inform the weight of the dumbells
