#Goodmorning! I have a lovely assistant with my yoga today, my cat desperately wanted to help me with my flows. She was not helpful at all! But, she did look very cute sprawled across my mat. This mornings sequence was lovely, it really sparked warmth in my heart.
#goodmorning I love these 10 minute yoga stretches and the daily affirmations. I'm slowly getting better at walking my hands forward. I do feel like the transitions went a bit quickly at times during yesterday's and today's routines.
i like when you let us pick our own affirmations. i have anxiety over letting myself rest, and this affirmation made me feel more anxious. i needed the opposite affirmation.
When I started these yoga sessions (prior to the Goodmorning movement) it was so hard for me to stay in the downward facing dog for so long, but I'm gradually getting stronger! I was surprised to see that I didn't struggle as much today. It's the little things! #goodmorning

Thank you Kassandra for another great start to my day. I had to stop my yoga practice for two weeks because of a surgery. I'm so glad to be able to start my day again with your yoga class and the affirmations afterwards. I mised it very much.
I've found that I enjoy the slower paced yoga much more than the faster energizing flows, but I'm sticking with it for the whole challenge anyway. If anything it still helps strengthen and stretch even if it's not my favorite. Thank you for making this lovely intro class. Its been a wonderful habit to build. #Good morning

I haven't been checking in but I am so happy to be on day 12. #goodmorning These yoga sessions are so relaxing and I love the affirmations to start off the day. I love the connection there is with the 5 min meditation. At first I didn't like the repetitiveness but now see it is a reminder of all the growth from each practice and the practice that lays ahead.
