Hey yogis, this week I'm doing another heavily requested yoga class! This is an all levels 10 minute flexibility full body yoga flow. It makes a great morning yoga practice to stretch stiff muscles as well as a great evening yoga flow to unwind from the day.
If you've got flexibility goals, these poses will help you get there! We'll mix static and dynamic stretches to give you the best of both worlds. Ideal for yogis who are short on time but want to stretch their entire body. Beginners welcome :)
If you have flexibility goals, this is a great class to do on a regular basis to improve hip and hamstring mobility as well as deeper backbends and shoulder flexibility.

Honestly the best flexibility yoga video I have found! Not too easy, not too hard. For me this was just right. This will now be my go to for morning and post work out yoga :)

Oh wow im actually crying. Your little message during the end during the meditation touched my heart! With the new year im really trying to be kinder to my mind and body, spent the whole day in bed because i couldnt feel bothered to try and do anything else and it made me feel really gross. I managed to get out and do some yoga bc i saw it in my notifications. Thanks for making me feel good and hopeful for tomorrow 😊❤️

I really appreciated your attention to detail when describing how to do each pose. For example, when describing how to do downward dog you mentioned to lengthen through the arms, which I hadn’t heard before and really helped me.

thank you for this practice! it would be really cool to see a 10 min morning yoga for people who work very physical labor jobs, to do a 10 min practice before work. i work on a farm and use every muscle in my body on a daily, my body hurts in new ways each day after work! it would be really helpful to have a video for people like me, who need to stretch and recover sone of this pain from manual labor before they go to work!

Last year, I did this video every single day for 6 months straight and unexpectedly was able to do the FULL splits!!! I've never been able to do the splits before, and they weren't a goal of mine... It just came naturally from doing this video every day!! Thank you so much Kassandra!! 🥰

Would love a:
Yoga for spinal compression/injury healing
And a yoga for "tune up" or "getting back into it" after being a daily practicer, instructor prior to COVID-19, would love some practices to motivate and tune up. Regain some of that spark and flexibility. Have done some existing of course, but one focused on this would be amazing. No longer than 20-30 mins. Maybe a few?
Maybe also a yoga for nurturing empathy, hormones, emotional balance (but moving/stretching) to connect better with animals and humans.

Kassandra, I have committed to doing a morning routine effective TODAY! I found your vids and I am super happy!!!! I am a 51 yo woman who needs to stay committed to stretching and getting in better health!! I love yoga and pilates and look forward to learning from you. Kassandra- i started doing your 10 min morning flows to aid my stretching for running now that i’m over 45. I have become a novice yogi! Your videos are a great way to learn common positions which built my confidence to do classes locally. Thank you for inspiration and great teaching. I would love a 60 min vinyasa practice from you that i could do while traveling (no props) if possible. Thanks again - ❤

Our yoga in the park has ended and I'm using just my smart phone for online including Zoom. I'm 82 WFPB vegan clean + sober all 47 years! was too lazy to go to the gym, bless you for making these videos. I cant normally watch yoga/workout videos because the sound of the person's voice starts getting irritating about halfway through. however, you keep it very calm and genuine, and you're not telling me "you can do it" every 5 seconds. I appreciate the effort you put into these videos.

So this will just be my comment I update to keep up with yoga and share my experience-
Aug 8: Lower back pain is really bad again, so I decided I should try doing yoga again since I can’t see a doctor atm. I’m super inflexible, so this was a bit difficult for me. Afterward, my back pain wasn’t as bad and everything feels less tense. Hopefully I will have time to do yoga tomorrow and I’ll update this comment when I do. | Aug 9: Less difficult, but my hamstrings and hips are definitely stiff. Better than yesterday though. Back pain has eased too. | Aug 10: Still can’t touch my toes, but I’m slowly improving. Forward fold was easier today. | Aug 11: Back hurts a bit more today, but not as bad as Aug 8. Couple inches closer to being able to touch my toes! Hamstrings still very stiff and inflexible. | Aug 12: Bit closer to touching my toes. Was easier again this time around. | Aug 13: Couldn’t quite calm down and relax today. Closer to touching my toes though! Maybe I’ll be able to within the next couple days. | Aug 14: Can touch my toes! Not easily though. Started a workout today too. Still made time for yoga!

I started my yoga journey 3 months ago now and fell in love with it! I started with one of your 30 minute beginner classes and kept doing it until I mastered it. Then I added another faster flow 30 minute class by you and did both until I mastered both. Then I did away with the beginner and now I’m doing two 30 minute classes along with this one! I’m a stay at home mom and this inspired me to think more positively and love my body more. I’m not a thin person either. If I can do it then anyone can! Just a little discipline. I only watch your classes. Thank you! You’re awesome 😊

Couldn't even sit cross legged in the beginninging without the base of my spine killing me. By the end I almost had no issue/pain!

I absolutely love this routine, and I use it often, have been for years. However, I always find myself pausing and re winding to be able to not only keep up but also breathe properly and enjoy the stretch.
I made the mistake of doing this with my hair down.....
