In hindsight, I have so many questions I wanted to ask, I wish I could've asked them all! Hopefully next year I'll get the chance again to do this!

I really feel like you asked some of the best questions I've heard from interviews so far, I hope you get another opportunity too! Had to be so intimidating being one on one with the head of the game too, but it's amazing to hear how he takes casual and hardcore crowds into considerations

This man really likes to talk with the players whenever he gets the chance.
man, seeing all these people(taking part in this digital tour+Q&A) that I think to myself "Man, they love this game! they have such large communities when playing too!" and that tends to follow with "I hope the devs love their game as much as their players do..."
THIS, THIS RIGHT HERE. These Interviews that Naoki Yoshida is doing with players like woops, to get DIRECT player feedback, and giving honest answers? and genuine consideration into each one, so much that he runs late and STILL wants to hear more questions?(or int his case, requests? lol) that just makes my heart melt man.
And to top it off, there's the language barrier but he still does his best to understand North American and European players.

I am both excited to see more mechanics in older instances and kind of horrified to queue into Alliance Raids now

Yo actually seeing mechanics in old 24 mans? Sounds wild. Do you guys know the last boss of Labrynth has bacon aoes? Cuz I didn't until very recently.

I have seen those *once* and I was *very* confused. I was like "wait he has mechanics past the second Ancient Flare?"
@@jedimasterpickle3 u guys just need more sprouts who dont know what they are doing.. then u can get until 3rd ancient flare and praying u dont wipe more often than in nier raids.. i call it crystal sprout savage.. world of darkness. u will be surprised how many mechanics the hydra and the doggo has

i didnt even know those 24man arr and hw raid have any mechanic worth knowing, most of the time they die so quickly… sb is when mwchanic start to wipe

I've been hoping someone would ask about alliance roulettes and the squish, syrcus tower specifically. I can't wait for the chaos of alliance roulette when people can't face roll it as hard
I'm really glad they're upping the rewards, so I have something to reply with when people inevitably start complaining about the length of the runs.

Glad to hear the older content is going to become harder. No need to adjust it just because people on the forum whine. Adjust the rewards and stick to your guns. Over easy content is dull. It's why I hate it so much.
Lol I love the two requests. The effects just make you feel cool you know. Though I personally would prefer something new and not the greased lighting effect (even though it's iconic) or maybe that's just my inner Dragon Ball child self being selfish 😅
I always imagined perfect balance giving some sort of visual effect like glowing eyes or stuff.
Oh no I need to actually learn Syrcus Tower mechanics soon :(

...been seeing some longer videos, but woops and Drak have very short ones. Did they just get unlucky with their timeslots? Others have hour+ videos. Good questions, though. There's definitely been some mechanics that take me off guard in alliance raids that I only see when we're doing poorly. Wonder if bosses in Praetorium will do actual damage in EW...
some people just didn't edit their videos, we all received the same time
Both Drak and Woops edited their videos so that the translation appears as subtitles while Yoshi-P is speaking, the other interviews I've watched have either just posted the full interview (so you get both E-J and J-E translation) or edited out the E-J translation.
If main story roulette stops being an ez mode faceroll because of the stat squish I'm definitely never going to do it tbh
So glad you asked about how the downscaling may affect stuff like alliance raids. I'm sick of everyone trying to get Syrcus tower in Araid Roulette and everyone just steamrolling it!!!
i'm hoping it downscales enough where you actually get to see each mechanic you skip through during scylla and glaysa 😏

I'm really torn about Endwalker, i love all the press their doing to promote it and i really want to play it but i just don't think i enjoy MMO's as much as i used too.
I mean, that question about rewards for running old content like Alexander Savage, rewards already exist - the Gordian/Midan/Alexandrian gearsets. The Midan Metal Bow is still my go-to glam Bard weapon to this day because it, and so much of those gearsets, are gorgeous
Like Coils, you can unsync and farm those really fast. Some stages can be soloed by some classes and by 6.5 they're likely to be able to be soloed by most people with endgame gear. The question was for specifically taking them on min-ilvl.
