From the initial trailer, I was already onboard with endwalker. The breakdowns are much appreciated, and I see each job has gotten positive attention. Glad he is looking to the future as I'll be looking forward to each new addition. I will say, fingers crossed for a new limited job akin to FF 3/6 gau. Would be a nice counterpart to blue mage in my opinion. Maybe choice of berserk state where it will perform actions of monsters, switching between states to suite the situation. Either case, my eyes are set on reaper and summoner changes. Glad to see the egi are still present and the influencing of the summoner is a great direction, like them blessing you with some of their power.

I hope, when they add lvl100, they add more SMN "egis" or those crystals things to summon more primals. I want a blue/purple crystal for maybe levi or ramuh/quetzalcoatl.
blue leviathan, purple ramuh, a pale white with blue back stripes for shiva. give us the other chunk of the elemental cycle! maybe in the run up to 100, we'll get the phase to go Bahamut - I/T/G - Phoenix - R/L/S - Bahamut.
Great interview. The difference between other developers and Yoshi is other developers sit on their laurels and take their players for granted. Yoshi never sleeps. He is always striving for excellence. Yoshi please stay healthy.
I love the answers that Yoshi-P gives to silly questions. He actually answers the questions fully and takes the time to make the interview a great experience. Obviously if he answers the silly questions that well, no need to say how well he communicates on the serious ones.
That last goofy question was so cute. I like hearing what Yoshida likes or thinks about things in the game that are purely fluff and of his own opinion. ^^
Oh yes please, more space for glamour :D Best would be 1 plate per job/class +1 for casual glam, because every job has 'job-only' pieces. At the moment it's soo hard to use that 1-job pieces for expample for a crafter (cos all share the same gear). :'D Looking forward to changes. :D

To address your proposition on limited jobs, and the whole berserk with summoning beasts and whatnot, maybe we can get the Beast master job
@@anonuser4806 please no more limited jobs. ;_;
@@damianfatale8503 I can get behind that sentiment too.
@@damianfatale8503 Why?
thank you for the engine rework question, is literally my only concern with this masterpiece of a game
I’m pretty sure they said after 6.0 they will improve the graphics but didn’t confirm when.
@Harakiri Banzai Be careful what you wish for, wow changed character models, animations, and spell effects, and they’re all worse now
@@TheMastermind729 Not, they're not? New models look good, way better than old 2-polygonal horror. I get nostalgia, but that's just not true
@@TheMastermind729 It's not just about the graphic (couldn't care less about it for me), but they also wanted to revamp the limitations from current engine. Limitations like glamor capacities, too many loading screens in area (especially in arr places), and etc
So, it's kinda nice to hear that they are gonna look into the future
@@Kamasillvia It is true, new models look dumb, but even if they didn't I could just wear a helmet, unfortunately the animations are all worse so I'm screwed anyway, and don't try to argue that the animations are better, character models I can respect that opinion, but not this.
Oh dear... Hearing how much Yoshida loves the game and wants people to enjoy it made me tear up more than 5.3
Man, this is so cool. What a collaboration. Good on SE to interact with content creators on such an intimate and personal level.
Loved the interview and joke question at the end.
Dang! Those savage drop accessories look so sick on him. Couldn't think of anyone else who can pull off that look.
SMN main here, super super happy, this interview is too awesome!!!
I am watching every single media tour interview, thanks for sharing!
This so so awesome that you were able speak to the Lord. 😂
A great honor indeed. The savior of FF14 himself.
That question at the end was awesome. Very cool short interview, very well done Larryzaur.
Props to YoshiP for doing over 31 of these Interviews. That is a hell of a lot of time on the media tour just talking to fans of the game and them asking whatever they want in promoting Endwalker. If you assume they spent 1 hour at least for every interview that's over 31 hours out of his very busy schedule. That's a lot of time.
Great interview and the last question we really get to know how Yoshi-p thinks about some of our fave characters :) Made me smile. Can't wait for Endwalker.
Seeing all these interviews makes me love the game more than ever. Yoshida genuinely cares about all of us man. Amazing person to head an mmo
You've come a long way from just bein the funniest FFXIV youtuber out there. (I mean....you still are....but....now you're like....legit....) You've arrived dude!! Congrats!
Ngl, you're looking really good Larry, kudos to the interview!
Fantastic work Larry! Really love that lightheartedness you kept (also omg so cleaned up). I've enjoyed your interview with Yoshi-P the most. Also great sound and video quality. Very heartwarming to see your journey since five years ago. Looking forward to more!
Really thank you for raising the question of engine rework!!!! ❤
Oh wow! That was amazing! Thanks you for the cool questions! I'm a SMN main so this was super exciting to watch. And I'm happy that I would have answered the same to your "silly question" I adore Urianger, but it would take ages to have a conversation.
Thanks for the vid, Larry! I'm a bit scared for our job cus it's looking like a mix of damage & support... But I hope that Smn will be fun to play and get better over time! >.
Poor Yoshi-P, you could see his soul just die a little when 1.0 was mentioned :') and its so obvious Larry is squealing internally inside the entire time, its precious
I hope, when they add lvl100, they add more SMN "egis" or those crystals things to summon more primals. I want a blue/purple crystal for maybe levi or ramuh/quetzalcoatl.
I want susano or ravana
Would be nice to finally get Ramuh and Levi.
blue leviathan, purple ramuh, a pale white with blue back stripes for shiva. give us the other chunk of the elemental cycle! maybe in the run up to 100, we'll get the phase to go Bahamut - I/T/G - Phoenix - R/L/S - Bahamut.
L99 you mean…? 🤨
Great interview. The difference between other developers and Yoshi is other developers sit on their laurels and take their players for granted. Yoshi never sleeps. He is always striving for excellence. Yoshi please stay healthy.
"Give my regards to all the scholars out there" he knows lol
Feels like everyone had a great time in this interview, some of the other guys were too awkward but man yours went as smooth as butter.
IRL Larry is cute 😍
Oh and it was interesting that SMN was still using those old systems from ARR. Fun trivia!
We are truly blessed to have this man in charge of our game.
The screen cap for this video makes me very happy.
This is the one I've actually been waiting for
I just find it super cool that so many content creators got to interview Yoshi P.
Man, I absolutely love the translator. She is insanely skilled. Haha.
I love the answers that Yoshi-P gives to silly questions. He actually answers the questions fully and takes the time to make the interview a great experience. Obviously if he answers the silly questions that well, no need to say how well he communicates on the serious ones.
sounds liked they're changing/changed smns quite a bit , i might try coming back to ffxiv and seeing how it works.
I like how Yoshi-P rings look like something from in game, also that he basically has every equipment slot filled.
Super happy for you Larry!! You got to interview him!! :D awesome questions too!
Thank you Larry for representing us Summoners ! ❤️
That last goofy question was so cute. I like hearing what Yoshida likes or thinks about things in the game that are purely fluff and of his own opinion. ^^
Awesome. Yoshi always sets and achieves a high bar
I feel like Larry cut out a lot of “so when’s the next summoner dong” questions.
Oh yes please, more space for glamour :D
Best would be 1 plate per job/class +1 for casual glam, because every job has 'job-only' pieces.
At the moment it's soo hard to use that 1-job pieces for expample for a crafter (cos all share the same gear). :'D
Looking forward to changes. :D
Aimi as the translator ❤👍 Absolutely amazing!
Great intervew, thanks for all the hard work!
its really heartening to hear yoshi p really caring about summoner and trying to keep its fantasy and job identity intact
Jesus Christ, never knew how freaking handsome Larry is. >~>
They have worked so hard on this game and it shows I look forward to Endwalker and the future of FFXIV
i had the biggest smile on my face through the whole video
The tech debt answer was really good, lots of good examples. For the glam systems, I hope they just give us a catalog of every skin (like wow and gw2 do, for example) that we can just unlock as we get them.
Just here to say thank you Aimi for your good work in translating.
