usually in small ponds. the bigger fish will be in the very bottom of the pond the majority of the day. sometimes in the morning they’ll be up cruising looking for a meal. but usually they chill out deep like on the very bottom of the damn

Stock more crawdads and Shad/shiners you need more types of forage bait for the bass
Take a baby bluegill like 2-3 inches, hook it through the bake below the top fin and give it a little slap on the water so it swims sideways, and put it 6 foot down in the ten foot place. It works to get walleye too.

Bluegills can quickly take over the pond and put the bass without a good source over time unless you regularly take them out to keep balance

I haven't seen any of these yet, but my luck there's prolly a hella lot of them.
With the summer heat I bet big Sheila is suspended a foot off the bottom. Fish a T-Rig rubber worm or a jig with a craw trailer on the bottom while slowly covering water and I bet you'll get her.
You need to remove the medium size bass. Or Shmeedium as I call them. The tiny ones are young and haven’t been able to grow. And the large ones are obviously the breeders. But those small/medium size are the ones that need removed. I actually mentioned this on my UA-cam channel that you inspired me to start called Cox Fishing!!!

You got that one feeder on the front side. Get 2 more one in the middle and one on the far back side. The one feeder is only feeding the one area and all the fish aren't going to the front end to eat then go back to their spots. When you get more crawdads do some by the boat landing then go straight back towards the back and drop more. Disperse food options everywhere.

An Idea for the largies. You should use your home made moat (river FLAIR) use it a a make shift holding tank to help them grow . you just need to add a under water fence so the fish wont escape. This will help you and not have to worry about filtration and such. I think is more convenient than moving them.

A local pond near me had an issue similar to yours, and the way they fixed it was by adding a fountain. The extra oxygen from the fountain sped up the fish's metabolisms enough that they all fattened up pretty well

Fresh water in the pond coming in and going out
Hey Flair - I suggest getting yourself an Air rifle (Pre-charged Pneumatic - something like a Benjamin Marauder in .22 or .25), a 10 shot clip, scope, and some night vision (build your own like I did - it's cheap and easy), and set up 30 yards or so away from that shed, and hit the Racoons as they come in. Should take care of them for a while.
Flair my buddy has a pond similar to yours with weed problems as well. We built a custom rake head and attached it to a long rope and we use it for weed control. It's a bit of work but works wonders to clear weeds around the edge of a pond :)

The algae grows easier with that black liner you used , if you covered the liner with small river rocks and found some type of shade for the pond instead of it being in sun all day then the algae wouldn’t grow as much

@FLAIR you should put a few 3ft pikes into your bigger pond, they would eat the small size bass and the mid size sunfisch/bluegales that are to big for the bass - and pike tastes absolutely freakin awesome - and they katchow rats, big frogs and small muskrats
Hey, flair an idea for fixing the duck and quail enclosure would be using hardware cloth. It is a lot stronger than chicken wire, it is more expensive but it should keep the animals safer.
