Dont use the parchment paper with the fish in the air frier. It needs the air to circulate and you stop that with the parchment paper. Thats why the bottom isnt cooked.
You should transfer some of the highfence and posts from the ranch to your new home so that you never have to worry about fence again or the safety of your animals

Cool boat, I have the 2072 SeaArk and I love it. You need to get a "Magma Cabo gas boat grill" for the boat, It sticks in a rod holder. And I'm pretty sure that you can stick it on one of those aluminum riser polls that you use to make the boat seats taller and that way you can stick the grill in any of the places the seats go. They're awesome little grills.
Suggestions for the new boat..get a back for that bench seat behind center console, your back will thank you. You should paint the bow like an old B1 Bomber, with the teeth, than get a fish stencil and spray paint it to look like the kills like a pilot does on the side of the cockpit...and you should look into one of those propane grills that hang over the side of the boat so you could be cooking and not have to worry so much about getting grease inside the boat, and it just saves on space.

You should get a swing arm grill made for a boat. The mount fits in a rail mount rod holder. It hangs off the side of the boat so it doesn't get in the way of the deck

boats are almost always more stable. then if you have a boat you can build casting decks and compartments like I did with mine.

I have that same air fryer it looks like u had it at 375 degrees but it goes up to 400. More flipping and higher temp will help a lot.
