That fish was healthy it looked like it just came off the beds ( laying eggs) To answer your question after it starts to eat again that Bass will be around 10 lbs it has a 10 lbs head on it for sure. Like I said it looks like that fish just came off of the beds. I know in my state Florida Bass caught like that all the time is because they just came off the beds. Keep Bass fishing like your doing and you'll keep catching the big ones. Have a fun time. Im over by Lake Okeechobee and I fish there often since I was 2 years old and lakes down south some of those lakes down south have changed and have Peacock Bass, Bass, and other fish in those lakes Bass was all ways in there 💯%. Hope you have a great and safe day
Maybe because his on-camera personality comes across as forced and inauthentic. He seems like one of those 17-year-old kids who tries to sound experienced and cultured.
I found a pond in Tontitown arkansas while i was in college that hadnt been fished in 30 years. I knocked on the owners door and they told me to knock myself. It was an old cattle pond full of snapping turtles and lily pads. On that day me and my roomate at the time caught 10 bass ranging from 8 -11 lb. I could put my head inside their mouth. It was insane.
Solid production quality and none of the annoyingly aggressive "SMASH THAT LIKE BUTTON" interjections, but the selling point with this guy is the commentary. Cheese and rice! The better the mission, the better the fishin. 🤣
I’m gonna tell you something important…. I am new to the channel and one thing that you just did right was catch my interest in the first 15 seconds so I subscribed from what you are saying so far and the first minute it is worth it.
Love how motivated you are dude! I just got my 11 yr old nephew hooked on bass fishing! Glad to see young people excited to fish and being OUTSIDE and in the woods. Definitely try to Saucy Swimmer there. I always go with the pumpkin color, but we slammed 14 bass in less than an hour. Good luck
This dude so reminds me of a young John B starting out! Maybe he'll be the next Googin one day. Still good video to watch. He definitely put the work in. Good work, man.
Nice lake! Let me offer one suggestion... Hip waders! You would gain alot more access to the water making casting much easier. Being able step a few feet past the brush and branches helps alot. 👍 AND you won't have to balance on trees😮
Fantastic vid and congratulations!!! Love the spot, editing, beauty of the location and of course that massive mouth on the bass!! Great job!! Thanks for posting & keep it going!!
Great show and adventure, that is what fishing is all about. Not just the fishing and catching, but the adventure through the woods finding hidden bodies of water knowing there is a monster in it, ruling over all of the other fish. Growing up, that is how my father (from a little farm town in Indian) taught us to fish! Again, thanks for the entertaining show, you've gained another follower✌
Young man I can tell Jon B is a influence in you video life. You keep up doing what you're doing you are going to be big on UA-cam. God Bless and good luck. Oh yeah I did subscribe to your channel.
New subscriber here. Really good adventure there That pond has a serious lack of sustained food supply but looks like a lot of fun. Take care brother and I'll be watchin.
Love the sound of braid racing in on a baitcaster haha. Y’all need to throw kayak in there! Also try a Megabass Jamaica Boa next time you’re out there. I’ve caught my three largest on them. They bring the big bass out.
depends where and what I am fishing, braid for heavier cover and lures with heavy hooksets (mostly just frogs and punching heavy cover.) Everything else like jigs and T-rigs just flourocarbon. If I had one choice it would be 40 pound dark green braid to 15 pound flouro leader.
you need to dedicate a day of clearing areas for fishing and kayak drop ins... it will make fishing a whole lot easier next time.. I'm not talking major fishing but clearing areas that are already somewhat clear to make more room for more casts
As I right hander, you should get a baitcasting reel where you reel with the left hand. That way when you fish the pole is in your dominant hand and when you jerk the rod you jerk with your dominant right arm. And, when you cast you down’t need to switch hands with the pole after you cast. Try it. You’ll never go back.
This guys just like me when I was young. Blaze through any kind of jungle terrain to get to that oerfect spot! Snakes planed automobiles in the way, dont matter! Only thing is getting enough room to make that magical cast that will land that big lunker!
Eutrophic warm water habitats needed to grow . Duckweed refers to tiny, free-floating, aquatic green plants commonly found in lentic or slowly moving water bodies, belonging to the family Lemnaceae.
There's either to many bass in the pond or the bluegills are not big enough to put weight on the bass or There's not any gills left cuz 100 percent not enough for them to eat
Bro it really looks like there isn't enough food for them! Thin the heard man!!! Take a bunch of the small ones out so the big ones can eat. That sucks all those fish looks starved almost.
How big do y’all think that bass would have been if it was healthy? Let me know if you want part 3 as well!!
definitely close to double digit
try to bring a kayak in there, gonna be tough but might get you a 10 pounder
That fish was healthy it looked like it just came off the beds ( laying eggs)

Most definitely close to 10 if healthy
@@markmichael5239 that fish was healthy it just laid eggs it's a female Bass.
Reminds me of Jon B… This kid’s going to places for sure
genuinely dont know how this guy isnt more popular, definitely in my top 3 fishing UA-camrs right now
He’s new
To each their own. I think it’s not that good. Too much talking, not enough fishing.
Because he's fishing in a barrel lol 😂it's easy to catch fish in a pond
We all know we shouldn’t dry hand fish

I've had similar experience in a cattle pond myself
You basically covered everything bass fishermen love. Thanks for the video, I know the effort in this prayer of a successful shoot.
Solid production quality and none of the annoyingly aggressive "SMASH THAT LIKE BUTTON" interjections, but the selling point with this guy is the commentary. Cheese and rice! The better the mission, the better the fishin. 🤣
Git that fish back in tha H20,,, but I love the way you built it up in the beginning, good production, thanks
I'm a Florida bass angler and fly fisherman. I love what you are doing on your channel. You just gained a subscriber.
Thank you Frank!

Thats awesome man! Totally agree with you, have fun out there with your nephew!
You bring back memories..the biggest thing to look out for is a good ol cottonmouth. Enjoyed!!
Thinking the same
To be honest he is just a small content creator but is top notch for me
Another freaking banger 🔥 this man way too underrated. Get Him To 10K 😎
Turn your rods when you walking through woods. Makes it a lot easier.
Dude your cinematography and editing skills are absolutely top tier!
This dude so reminds me of a young John B starting out! Maybe he'll be the next Googin one day. Still good video to watch. He definitely put the work in. Good work, man.

Mans over here competing for lumber Jack games. Balancing on logs

Really enjoy the channel was wondering how you like your cashion rod because I just ordered one thanks
I love this kind of fishing. Beautiful spot.
What you need is one of those new horizontal tree stands! 😂 Great channel, and you just gained a new subscriber!
I fish in coastal Oregon from the bank. Carry a pair of hand pruners. 5 minutes of snipping opens up a lot of casting space.
what was the rod and reel you used at the first when you were using the frog
What state was this in? Man this was beautiful. Much like your video, it is very well shot!
New to the channel and man!!!! You got yourself a subscriber
Can you please respond? Do you prefer braid or just regular line and if you do what color and what pound thanks crazy by the way.
depends where and what I am fishing, braid for heavier cover and lures with heavy hooksets (mostly just frogs and punching heavy cover.) Everything else like jigs and T-rigs just flourocarbon. If I had one choice it would be 40 pound dark green braid to 15 pound flouro leader.

Any possibility of portaging a small kayak or something into there?
The sam sulek of fishing 😊
Reminds me of me back in the early 80s…that’s was life

First video seeing of yours what a beauty of a fish 16:52
Good job friends ❤❤
Your videos are great and great. I really enjoy watching your videos. I wish you good health
Where did you get the frog from 15:13
I love how dark they can get in that thick stuff!
This pond is so beautiful! It would be perfect to fish from a kayak
Was just going to say that
Float tube, lighter, more portable in tight spaces like you have there.
Reminds me of old jon b
Nice shades bro. Looks like a great spot.
Reminds me of how I use to pond hop! And I was scared of snakes but more determined to fish! 🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️ you need to get a kayak in there
How many minutes did you keep that fish out of the water for?
you need to dedicate a day of clearing areas for fishing and kayak drop ins... it will make fishing a whole lot easier next time.. I'm not talking major fishing but clearing areas that are already somewhat clear to make more room for more casts
Releasing the small ones is why that big one looks the way he does pond over stocked with dinks good vid tho
Hello from California I'm new to your fishing UA-cam channel 🎣
The stuff floating on the water looks like duck weed. Great vid
I think you're right. That spot looks super fishy.
that intro spot is heavenly
What state are you fishing in? It is beautiful.
Love the quality 💪
Where can I get a good baitcaster and what's a good brand?
As I right hander, you should get a baitcasting reel where you reel with the left hand. And, when you cast you down’t need to switch hands with the pole after you cast. Try it. You’ll never go back.
Listening to this guy while cooking breakfast and occasionally watching. Sounds like Anthony Jesselnik if he chose nature quests instead of comedy.
Your log jumping had me almost peeing my pants 😂
Cool vid nice catch,no offense dude you remind me of a teenage John,B from googan squad you can pass for his Minnie me,wow crazy but true
Commentary is legendary 😭 8:12
This guys just like me when I was young. Blaze through any kind of jungle terrain to get to that oerfect spot! Snakes planed automobiles in the way, dont matter! Only thing is getting enough room to make that magical cast that will land that big lunker!
5:50 I’m not fully sure if it’s the proper name for it but I call it duck weed because ducks carry it in their feet from pond to pond
