I can’t gain any weight on plant diet.They say limited portions ,but how can one gain weight on limited portions?Low protein,but one is loosing muscle without limited protein.If someone find way how to gain weight I am open to all suggestions.
But where do we get our calories from? I need to put on weight and with a diet of fruits amd vegetables i am losing weight. Please some advice? Thank you.
A grain called quinoa. Also season it with coconut aminos. Quinoa has a complete protein profile. You can mix in some chickpeas and mushrooms to make it even hardier. I haven't had meat nearly a month and I didn't loose any muscle.

We recommend you talk to your doctor or a dietitian. Weight loss can be a result of many factors.
