Very excellent and useful. Thank you. I think I might be able to be successful from your video. I can imagine it might take me, as a total beginner, about 2 hours to get to the strips. These are a labor of love
Hi saleem am ur very new subscriber from tamilnadu, india. Ur videos are very very clear and useful to us.. Really thanks for that.. I have one doubt in big size regular punjabi aalo samosa, could u tell me the diameter of saucer size sheet(oval sheet) and also want to know the width and length of the single half cutted oval sheet.. That is one aalo samosa's sheet... Kindly clarify.... Waiting for ur rply bro... Thanks and lots and lots of love from india😊
Hi nisette moliba. Try making a softer dough. Over toasting can result in your sheets coming out hard. Reduce the toasting time and I'm sure they will come out soft. Remember you can soften your pastry by wrapping them in a damp cloth. Let me know how it goes. God bless 🙏
i Think u are cutting too much of the edges. If u cut into strips first then deal with the top and bottom edges u will save much more pur. Thanks so much for the video.
