Absolutely wonderfully simple. Many thanks. I never ever though I could make somasa pastry or make somasas. I haven't even tried the recipe as yet, but feel (in my mind), I have mastered it; simply because you were so clear and made it so simple throughout the entire demonstration. A million thanks.
Incidentally, in the UK we don't have an all purpose flour or cake flour. Do you mean self raising or plain flour.
As the name suggest; plain flour has no rising agent whilst self raising has. All these flours are milled from wheat.
Plain flour is all purpose flour.
