We have been buying the pastry for a long time, but lately there has been problems, the dough sticks together, you cannot separate it, we think that the cold chain has been broken, defrosted and re-frozen and so on making it a complete waste. This pastry is very expensive to buy, and now we have decided we are going to make our own. With your most helpful instructions and taking away the challenge of the secret making of the pastry, it will be a challenge for us to start off with, yet, I am sure we will have great success.
