Good to see you again, I had to move to a really small place, was selling lots of samosa (thanks to you) and pies which I made my own pastry for but now 😢 no room at all for pur or pastry making, it broke my heart but occasionally I get an order and buy (at great expense) ready made pur, I don't like to but I have no choice. After Toasting your strips do not Seperate them. Allow them to cool down, then cling wrap them the way it's shown in this video. When required you must allow them to fully thaw out, then microwave them for 2 to 3 minutes. There's still oil between the layers, so this way it won't break and dry out, I hope this helps 🙏
