Wow amazing. 😮 Now I know how to make samosa leaves. Not easy to make but worth it. I craved samosa especially during Ramadan time. I worked in Jeddah and I bought samosa leaves to bring home so I can make.my own fillings. Thank you Mr. Saleem. Watching from the Philippines

It's just a suggestion if you like .Cook onions first till golden brown.Then add ginger garlic & spices of your choice,then add minced meat & cook .You will see great difference.👍
Good to see you again, I had to move to a really small place, was selling lots of samosa (thanks to you) and pies which I made my own pastry for but now 😢 no room at all for pur or pastry making, it broke my heart but occasionally I get an order and buy (at great expense) ready made pur, I don't like to but I have no choice. Thanks again though, my fillings are different to yours but you got me into it ❤
