Here is a tiny advice.. you lay down a cloth under that cutting board and that board wouldn’t move and you don’t need someone to hold it in place for you..

Hi Saleem. Thank you for the easy to follow recipe. My question is, can it be done on a a non stick pan on a low gas setting rather than in the oven ? Will that change the sheets in any way ?
Dude, put a damp towel under your board and it won't walk all over the place, and you won't need another set of hands to hold it.
Can i get this result with ordinary all purpose flour?
I normally oil both sides of d roti. So it opens up better and does not stick.

What wheat flour do you use?Is it T65?

It should be 125g
