    Thanks for a great recipe! You are awesome! Another way is just to use 'baking parchment' in between the layers. Works great!

    Thanks for this, will be trying this, but I think it depends on how far the flour can stretch. I am currently using a brand that doesn't stretch very well after rolling, it's frustrating. I also thought the oil in between gives the pastry more strength to prevent it from crumbling easily.

    • @SaleemsKitchen786
      @SaleemsKitchen786  3 роки тому +6

      Hi Tumi Adeniyi, the oil was mixed in the dough. Work with the flour you have and rest your dough for atleast 20 minutes. This will soften your dough and you will be able to roll it out much better. Thanks. God bless 🙏

    Does anyone know what makes some samosa wraps get the bubbles in them when you fry them but some don't. I like it when the pastry bubbles up on fried.

    • @nelishanaicker5868
      @nelishanaicker5868 3 роки тому

      I am not sure if the heat of the oil plays a part in this, try hot oil with a defrosted samoosa, it will be a quick fry but the bubbles should form on the pastry.
