Really looking forward to seeing the door locks fitted. Great channel by the way. Can see your subs going through the roof shortly - really useful and I steering content for us t4 owners
It’s not here yet must be one of those china specials, also might be looking at doing a headlight switch change over with the front and rear fog light switches inbuilt but sure about the sizes yet.
I took my tank off, a 10 min job as only 5 x 12mm bolts if memory serves me right which it probably doesn't. With the tank off there's a nice flat recessed abiut 6inches away from the senser unit area that was ideal to mount the pick up without drilling the sender unit. Cut the pick up to length so it does t drain your tank when running 👍 Oh yeah scrap the filter as its next level rubbish. Get some bike filters off ebay for a couple of £
@@pdubs7831 dude mines just had 70hrs of welding after watching a montage you did. I kept finding more and more holes along with 4 new arches, new inner arches etc. The ONLY patch of van that was good was under the fuel tank, they are all blue, maybe coated in something but its a dead easy job. Take the send and return pipes off the sender, unplug the unit. Get underneath undo the 5 bolts and your done. Tank isn't heavy either ss long as there's no diesel in it 🤣. Oh there's also a 10mm under the fuel cap as the tank neck needs to feed out. I done mine on my own in about 20 mins.

I’m afraid if I take the tank off it will relieve a weeks work behind it or something I can’t ignore 😁, thanks for the tip, I’ll take a look at it.
