I often find myself skipping through UA-cam videos but I’ve watched them all and each one is excellent. There are many DIY (including myself) who will get great use from these too. Well done for sticking to it when it got hard, I’d have given up far sooner. Keep it up, looking forward to the next one.

Yep, the wrap was very quick and easy to put on and gave a first class finish, however I do have to be careful not to tear it, it got damaged putting the bed in, only a very small mark but enough to make me cautious. The good thing is it’s easy to replace and change if I want to go for a completely new look.

Currently down at lands end in Cornwall in my 56 year old beetle. 210 trouble free miles so far 🤞🏻
Donkey just completed a 1289 mile round trip without a hiccup after not moving for 3.5 years, couldn’t be more happier with him, came back with a few extra things to do on the list mind.

@@pdubs7831using a latching relay circuit. I've got it energizing the badge when unlocking through central locking pulse. Then unlatching when the doors are locked.. Another pulse. . No power to badge.. 4 relays used.

hi why not use a Micro Switch SM-51E1on the door, then when you open it the light will come on and go off when you close the door ? van looks great as doe's the inside, I'll have a great time up here Scotland
Yes they are a good idea, I did think about this but went for speed of ordering and fitting, there’s still a cupboard that gets constantly used under the sink that I could fit one to. I’ve fitted the switches for the other two now.
Where did you get the front bumper from? Its awesome 👌
It’s an original bumper with a skirt added on and blended in, there’s two other videos of how I went about it on my channel

Great work bro, is it a 1.9 ABL engine ? if so get a longer 5th gear installed, it's a must have for the motorway

@@pdubs7831 I have the longer gear in my 2.4 makes it far nicer to drive on long trips.

Hopefully update coming out soonish, done very little to the van since last video. Just been getting out in it instead of working on it. Unfortunately the van didn’t come out unscathed from storm Arden so there’s now more work to be done.

Hi Paul how's the van running I've got to jump from the Vauxhall Vivaro 2L and jump into an old T4 2.4 how do they run are they as bad as people say no power can't get Up Hills I'm over 50 so I have drove some things in my time😎👍
They only had 77 bhp when they left the factory, once you’ve got a rock and roll bed and a kitchen in the back your asking a lot from the old girl (or boy) mines a boy. I just take it easy. Yes it struggled up all of the really steep stuff in Scotland but usual rolling hills and they are fine.
Little bit like going back to the 80s and when i had my first car Ford Anglia it's just nowadays everybody wants to go fast everywhere enjoy your holiday buddy and I will see you on the road no doubt

Hi David, I’ve hardly done much to the T4 seen going to Scotland, if you remember the shelter that I had over the van, storm Arden destroyed it and it came crashing down on the van damaging the roof which has been a set back. I have been getting out in it to beaches and a few camp outs though. Just been using it rather than working on it. I’ve replaced the driveshafts and the engine mounts which has transformed the feel of the van. No more shacks and rattles

@@EpicSqu1rrel I’ve done a lot more to the van since the last video. I did try putting a few videos together but they weren’t good. The van always needs something doing but just using it instead. Because the painting was rushed the result is nothing like I want and so I’ll have to do it again. The spray booth was blown right up on top of the garage in a storm and then came crashing down on top of both vans damaging them. Absolute nightmare!
