I applied in the Company B then I failed the Ops Manager Interview. Perhaps the job is not really for me. Now, I am using my bachelor's degree to earn, slowly loving it. I am watching you since 2020. Honestly, I did learn a lot from your videos. But, I believe that no matter how I studied for it, no matter how I give my best in interview, if the job is not really destined for me. It will not push through. I have my classmates, who got accepted on their first try. But, me? I don't know why? I used to cry for that. Like because I feel that I am weak and dumn. I know myself what I really want, I really wanted to settle their, well the stars are not aligned for this. Again, I really love and enjoy your videos. Worth watching. 🙏

Hi, mayroon po ba kayong tip paano intindihin 'yung mga callers na parang nilalamon ang mga sinasabi? Pati na rin yung mga sobrang malabo ang boses at sobrang "slang"? Do'n ako hirap na hirap e. Those calls where I already requested the caller to speak slowly and clearly, and find a spot with a better reception, but the caller's natural way of speaking is really just hard to understand-I'm struggling so much in this. Please make a video about this. I know I'm not the only one who struggles understanding these types of calls.

Thank you very much. Its almost a month when I got transferred to the data augmentation department where we're the ones who handled the RTO assets. At first, I thought that this would eases the stress I got while taking some calls. I was definitely wrong. Its still the same where I found myself anxious each time I didn't resolved the basic concerns of the agents such as "how come that the software was registered in Canada instead of US" as well as the pressure from my new co-workers who seems to be misunderstood from what I'm saying. Worst, I noticed that I easily forget everything, particularly those stuff I used to learn from them. I ended up overthinking everything which lead for worst outcomes. That's why I decided to file a resignation letter to my BPO company and also "retired" from the industry for good. Having a higher salary is useless if your mental health is compromised. Sorry for the blubber but this will help me find a suitable job.
Just last Thursday, I've received the worst one that I won't be endorsed to the prod but my trainor/s gave me chance.di ako magsisinungaling na di ko lang talaga field ung voice.I'm not just that confident to handle a customer's needs.hopefully ma-celebrate ko nman birthday ko for the next two weeks with the team...first and hopefully not the last 😒😔

Don't wait to be confident. If you wait until you're confident, you'll never apply. Walk in for an interview after you've familiarized the common interview questions. If you pass, great. If not, great. You'll still have info on what to prepare for the next time you try.
gurl you should definitely apply now! i literally just applied to a BPO company 2 days ago, it was one of those impulsive decisions that ive made and i literally just had the final interview earlier. I wasnt even prepared for the interview 😭
Perseverance is the key. I was also hesitant to apply at BPO at first. But after 4 months in the industry you will learn some things that will get you through life. Now im being referred by my manager to be a quality analyst. You'll never know unless you try. Be positive!
