Not being too worried is a good thing but it IS appropriate to be concerned! Staying away from germs and good hygiene is important. If you let your guard down you may catch the virus so be careful.
I have been doing these exercises for the past 9 days. My strength has definitely increased I can do the first few exercises continuously. I hope to continue it for a whole month and then compare. edit1: Day 16 done. arm measurement 11.2 inches. I can do all the exercises the last one is bit tough. It feels lite and easy to do it now. Lets see what happens

i've been doing this everyday for about a week and i love it!! I've looked all over for an arm workout w weights that is manageable to do daily and quickly and i finally found it!
Thank God I discovered you (better late than never) and your workouts have transformed my arms as well as my attitude towards working out. Now I have a "no excuses" mantra since they're so short and manageable. And I also want to let you know how grateful I am during this quarantine (NYC) that I'm able to do at least ONE healthy, productive thing each day. Keep 'em coming Cassie and stay healthy!

Hi Smriti! What dumbells did you use? I have always been very weak and unconfident and really struggle very much. My mom told that this lesson will help me build very thick strong arms, great self worth and confidence! I am a man and did this lesson with my mom. It was really hard for me. I used half pound dumbbells throughout and stopped midway as my arms just gave up :( Is it very weak? My mom did the full lesson with 10 lb dumbbells.
@@rupinjeremiah9589 Hi first start with the smaller weights for hand and do some arm strength excercise and eventually you can also lift weights I use different types of weight starting from 2.5 kg till 7.5

I am very thin and weak :-( I can do 6-7 bicep curls with half pound (1/4 kg) dumbbells and then my arms just give up. I will try the lesson without any weights and see how long I can last! I am sorry to ask you a lot. As a man I want to build self worth and be independent. I tried my mom's dumbbells but I could not even move it from the ground. :-(
