Dear Cassey. Thank you. I'm currently 13 years old and I have known your channel for about one year. Before I knew about your channel, I was so unhealthy. I would have sugary frozen pancakes for breakfast, pizza bagels and cookies for lunch, and I'd eat loads and loads of plates of dinner. I also had a whole batch of cookies every night!! I never exercised and only knew 2 moves: push-up and sit-ups. Then, I came across your channel. I originally came here to get a bikini body. I stay today because exercising and eating healthy makes me feel so happy. I feel healthy, energetic, and so much happier. A little while ago, I fell of my healthy wagon. I began eating so much more junk and doing so much less exercise. My skin was even getting acne again- where as it hasn't since I started being healthy. I got back on the healthy wagon and my skin cleared up. Thank you so much cassey. You made me healthier in my younger years so it's easier in my old ones. I'm sure many others can say the same.

Honestly, I've been working out since June 2017, I was called "fat" and "ugly" repeatedly by people in my class, and sometimes my own friends. One time, my friends were talking to a group of boys in my class and they challenged us to arm wrestle them, there was this one guy that I liked, and when they set me and him to wrestle he said "she's fat" and I was somewhat heart broken and I still remember those exact words and how I felt. Those 2 words made me who I am now, I got motivated to eat healthier and workout everyday. I honestly ate at least 4000 calories A DAY for like everyday? I had no self control over myself and I started to put more weight,but I lost 20 pounds overall and I feel much happier now. Thank you, Cassey

And those friends that called me fat and ugly? Well, we aren't friends anymore. I've been doing Cassey's workouts for three months and now I have visible arm muscles for the first time in my life!!! I'm so happy I could cry right now 😍😭🎉
You can do 3 sets each of hammer curls with 15 lb weights, bench/chair dips, tricep kickback w/ 10 lbs and see results within 2.5 weeks. 3 month is wild, probably took longer because its without weights.
This is crazy... I have had huge arms my entire life, and I had never been able to loose my arm fat. I was able to make them smaller by doing cardio and bardips, but I was not satisfied with the way it looked.. they got smaller but they were still in the same shape... I have been doing Blogilates arm exercises 4 times a day for a week (6min to sexy arms, quick burn arms, quick triceps..), and I have already lost 4mm of the circumference of my arms! My arms look toner than before, and I cannnot wait to get the perfect arms that I have been dreaming of. Thank you for these awesome workout videos Cassey. Your videos are so fun, and they certainly work!

Amelia Cheng well it depends on how much you think you can Do. just always push yourself to your limits but when it gets to hard slow it down listen to you body and mind. know we all know cassey if you aren't following the workout calendar then do at least 1 workout 4-5x. hope this helps! Amelia
Ok, now I have been doing this workout for about 2 weeks and I really feel that my arms are tighter now as compared to before, but I will continue to do this workout for about a month and I will keep you guys updated regarding my arm progress, so yeah lets hope for the best, and thank you soo much Cassie for these amazing arm workouts , I really love them all.........
I had such a lazy weekend and didn't work out at all. The guilt was eating me alive so on Sunday before shower I rolled out the mat and did 40 minutes of Cassey's videos! Also, I just wanna say - Don't fight the pain, embrace it: When you fight it, you only feel the pain. When you embrace it you are asking for the pain so you feel confident about yourself and can believe that you can do it. (Idk how I typed all this because my arms are actually shivering lol)

My biggest problem keeping me away from getting slim is chocolate. For every like I get I won't eat chocolate for that amount of days. I hope this keeps me disciplined.
Ella Grace it's not the chocolate that's bad. It's the sugar and milk that they add to it. Make some banana chocolate ice cream in a food processor by using a frozen banana, 1 or 2 tbsp of cocoa powder and a splash of plant based milk if needed. There's a lot of other healthy chocolate desert that you can make.

I don't think she has a 5 moves workout but she does have a saddle bags, inner thighs, and waist workout. Just search up "Blogilates (Saddle bags, inner thighs, or waist)". You should find it.

Cassey, you were right! After only a couple months of doing this workout, as well as other arm, abs, butt, legs, and back workouts from you, I can do this all the way through without breaks or resting! It wasn't even hard! When I first did this workout a couple of months ago, I couldn't complete most of the moves without resting or losing energy. I am proud that I did this without resting because I couldn't do that before.

Dear Future Grass, this video is no joke. I say that a lot when I'm doing Cassey's videos but I mean it. I really do. When I started the last move, I was like, this isn't hard, thanks for the break Cassey! But 2 seconds later I was like : 0 This video has proven to me that you don't need weights or pushups to make your arms hate you! I was also surprised when I saw that Cassey included no prayer pulses. I was like "woah, is this even a Blogilates arm video?!?" But, I did it all! No stopping! No quitting! My biggest problem keeping me away from getting slim is chocolate. For every like I get I won't eat chocolate for that amount of days. I hope this keeps me disciplined.

Ella Grace it's not the chocolate that's bad. It's the sugar and milk that they add to it. Make some banana chocolate ice cream in a food processor by using a frozen banana, 1 or 2 tbsp of cocoa powder and a splash of plant based milk if needed. There's a lot of other healthy chocolate desert that you can make.

Cassey, you were right! After only a couple months of doing this workout, as well as other arm, abs, butt, legs, and back workouts from you, I can do this all the way through without breaks or resting! It wasn't even hard! When I first did this workout a couple of months ago, I couldn't complete most of the moves without resting or losing energy. I am proud that I did this without resting because I couldn't do that before.

day 26 - this time last week i wanted to give up. i was weak, i could hardly do the workout at all. but i also knew that i wouldn't get stronger if i just quit when the going got rough. i also knew i was so close to the end i needed to go all the way or id regret it. i'm so glad i pushed through, this week was much better for me, i felt good at the end of it!!

I can't physically move my arms upwards to do tie my hair back or even reach something from the top shelf... This workout is really killing me but I love it ❤️
