    Fellow Patriots, What’s MOST concerning to me is that Sgt. Mare & Officer Winter from the original video, almost two years ago, were never held accountable for their actions. As soon as I receive the Internal Affairs Documents I will update everyone. Stay tuned & turn on notifications so you don’t miss it!

      A lot of state judges are finally letting cameras in courtrooms because they understand that the public wants the right to see what’s going on. They get a lot of pressure from the public to be more transparent, and I think it’s working. It just sucks that you can’t in a federal court. That’s where the crazy cases happen…Epstein etc etc

    • @allamericanslacker2378
      @allamericanslacker2378 Місяць тому +4

      While I can understand the desire for that, there are cases where that definitely should not be the case. Any instance where a person has been victimized by another person, by default, should not allow cameras in the courtroom. Someone who has been assaulted, shamed, and humiliated already has it bad enough having to divulge all the details of what happened to them to an entire courtroom of strangers. Seeking justice should not include them having to have that spread all across the internet and, anyone who doesn't think people would flock to record and share all the details of cases that include crimes such as sexual assault are just deluding themselves.

      The only way to truly and effectively eliminate the problem, at least to a practical degree, is to increase the penalties for law breaking and rights violations to draconian levels. Civil servants need to be given 1 strike, and if they do it again, they lose their job and are banned from the public sector permanently. As for LEOs and judges, there needs to be minimum 5 year sentences, on up to the death penalty on the maximum end, for serious civil rights violations and committing felonious offenses against members of the public. The bigger question here, is why are cameras not allowed in courtrooms? Why don't we have transparency in our criminal justice systems for our legal proceedings? Sean, you should ask this question every single time.

      There are valid reasons in a jury trial to prevent any kind of jury tampering. Filming the jury could potentially put them at risk. Outside of that, I see little reasoning behind the rule.

      So you wish to publicise plaintiffs and defendants..?
      Imagine if you were falsely accused of rape for instance,you have to go to court to prove your innocence but while the trial (your trial) is ongoing,someone comes in spreads your face all over the internet..? Not sure you’d want that..

    Minus the Court Officer, I thought everyone did a great job. The city attorney was definitely awesome. She de-escalated the situation and was able to provide at least some education to the Court Officer. Hopefully he will fully understand our rights very soon.

    Honestly, the only real problem was the guy outside the courtroom, and to be honest, the attorney and the supervisor outside was just trying to get you out of there as fast as possible without violation your rights. Now if I would have been doing that, it would have went about like your first one in December of 2021. They knew who you were but someone new, they would go back to violating rights.

      Yup, I’d have to agree with you. Someone noticed Sean coming in and the “1st amendment panic alarm” was hit - everyone heard it, and except Chuck! 😂 Chucky must have been asleep during that training day!!
      There is definitely STILL a problem there with cameras. We need some other auditors to visit and see what happens when someone they don’t recognize pops in to record. I’ll bet we get a repeat performance of the first LIA visit; maybe we’ll even get officer “Winter, like the season”!! 🤣
