"Public servant" is only degrading when rude, incompetent, unlawful, rights-violating public employee failures like these are involved. Lorraine's idiocy is on display forever!
Rise and shine, public service.
We appreciate you Sean❤
Since we allowed to forget their place.
Sean, I think you should run for President next year!! you have MY VOTE!!!
I love the lady that walked up and told the security guard it’s your constitutional right…. She is We The People!!!!
He looked pretty pissed after that .

That was great!

She only knew her rights from watching Sean's videos.
That LT deserves a raise AND promotion!! What a cool guy. 10/10
Absolutely!!
That lieutenant represented his department extremely well! Good policing!!
Talking about food always calms down the situation, I'm hungry for tacos now 🌮
When public servants don’t realize they’re public servants, it’s not surprising they act this way. They don’t even understand who they serve!
They serve globohomo.
I would instantly ask do you not provide a service to the public? Well that's called a public servant
The way they behave towards members of the public also shows that they are willing to lie to us as well
Anthony B : They do not know they are " public servants". Sounds , as Lorraine says, too " degrading " to them.
I live in a small town in Texas. The public employees are so nice to me when I go in for help. They always help me with a smile. And they are so nice. I’m so fortunate to be in this small town. I love this small town and the cool atmosphere in this whole area.
Why do the police never ask if the employees are bothering you? The employees are paid to do their job, not bother you.
I've wondered that exact same thing.
Sean needs to to print some shirts that say "You are here to serve ME. I am not here to serve YOU."
That security guy looks to have anger and control issues
@@GisherJohn24 And hygeine issues.
@@ByeByeBS Yes, I love it. You can also go to any print shop and have it made up for yourself, it's so much cheaper.

"You have to delete that." I commend you for not laughing in her face. :)
I have been a public servant for 13 years. It’s absolutely NOT a derogatory term. I am proud to serve the people with professionalism, dignity, and respect. I do my best every day to do the best I can in my job.
Lorraine just wanted to be a jerk
Thank you and thank you for knowing all of our rights and we appreciate your service!
Thank you for working for us. It is appreciated!
Perhaps some your decency will somehow extend to others. I thank you for your public service. I am appalled at how many of them start ordering Sean around, and start spewing "It's the law!" They have no idea what they are talking about and therefore end up sounding like tyrants when the video is played. They seem to make up the law. It is their law they are spewing out of their ignorant mouths.
This is what is good about us having a Constitution. If we didn't people like the one woman would have the country a dystopia in a matter of a few days. Her behavior was unbecoming of any employee, but being she is a public employee her behavior is unacceptable.
I could see how someone could find it degrading. Same way you'd call someone you'd hire to help you your "assistant" and not "man servant" anymore.
They are EMPLOYED as public SERVANTS that SERVE the PUBLIC. If you think that's degrading to you, do not become a public SERVANT, Lorrain.
Exactly!

A very RESPECTFUL Sherriff's Office Lieutenant! We need MORE law enforcement officers like him!!
Lt. Steve H. Should be commended. What a great example of what law enforcement should be
The question is would he have done the same thing if a nobody was encountered rather than a rather well known auditor like L.I.A
Absolutely correct, and don't we need a whole lot more like this honorable leader of officialdom?
And has good food recommendations.
Exactly, he was just a normal guy, super nice and no directives or stupid quotes.
Yep
That lieutenant is a great guy. We need more law enforcement officials like him! Thanking for always standing firm, Sean!
He's in a leadership position. Everyone that works for government in that city should know how not to violate our rights. Because it's a crime.
I'd want to see the body cam footage before I'd say the lieutenant is a great guy. Maybe he is. Maybe he isn't. It wouldn't be the first time they act one way in front of the auditors camera, and then act 180 degrees different when not in front of the auditor and when you view the cop's body cam.
Minus the need to give unwanted directives while knowing exactly who LIA is and what he does
ya this guy is awesome....i wish he could train more cops on how to be considerate humans
Seems like they have a great police force there really calm and respectful
That’s my home town and that Cheryl lady is a nightmare. I’ve watched her lose her mind screaming at a person conducting business at the DMV. She’s been there for decades.
How peaceful everything goes when officer knows the laws.
When PUBLIC SERVANTS really KNOW the constitution and the law, everything goes smoothly. Also everyone's job is easier.
Yea too bad maybe 10% or less are like this
I can’t believe she said “public servants” was degrading, but then she said Sean was “disrupting public service” in the same breath 😂

I have apologized the few times I realized I made mistakes but then I am proud to be a public servant.
I have watched thousands of these videos, I've seen apologies twice. Integrity is a powerful thing.
I quite literally don’t ever think someone will go “ I got educated” lmaoo that’s to much. A “sorry” or “my bad” is absolutely okay though
There's one audit video I watched with a security guard who called his boss, then came out and apologized earnestly.
I just about fell out of my chair.
Sean, educating one person is a win. I love the part when the lady came over and educated the security guard. All the best and stay safe
It is absolute twilight zone the way people act over a camera.
She says, "Don't call them public servants, it sounds degrading" and then accuses him of disrupting public service... 😂😂
Should’ve asked her “you think being a servant is degrading? Do you think of servants as lesser people or something?”. But I guarantee she tells people that she’s proud to serve her community 😂
She really made an ass of herself.
Should have told her you were with Weight Watchers and this is her intervention 😅
Logical thinking isnt her strong suite, maybe she was hired for other reasons like some soft handiwork
She definitely deserves to be in the Private Sector instead of the Public Sector because she doesn’t deserve to be receiving the Taxpayer’s Payment for her job which is paid by taxpayers Funded dollars! It’s only making a difference for himself but not others who don’t have a big platform to expose these guys

The security guard had dreams and delusions of grandeur that he was gonna get to see you get roughed up and he was gonna be able to assist somehow. The look on his face when the actual LEO came in and quickly developed rapport with you, was PRICELESS.
He wasn't happy (and of course was ignorant of the law and our/ his own Constitutional Rights).
That one lady knew what was up. Smart lady.
I hope Lt Steve is reading these comments smiling big!
Why don't they educate their employees on this? These government employees need to know this! It's not their building. It's public.
Awesome round of applause for that woman! She is WE THE PEOPLE !
Any officer who refuses to identify should be reported for impersonating an officer. Simple as that. Every single time.
Well he wasn’t an officer but a private security guard but he was still a dick head
He was security
@@modus_operandi2508 Sean thought he was police because he had a gun, a badge and a uniform. Believe it or not, in some police jurisdictions the cops are not required to identify themselves.
"A Republic, Not a Democracy. " By:Dan Smoot...#556...circa 1966

It is absolutely insane how angry these people get
Whatever it is about a camera, these people get amped up
@@KingLarbearthese people basically put the anger on themselves by insinuating that they don't want to be on camera but meanwhile walking right up to or infront it. Its pathetic beyond words at this point.
With respect, Sean.
There's no "grey area".
One can record anything they see in public.
Posting personal information is illegal, not recording it.
Love you, brother. Keep up the great work for OUR rights.
What Sean is saying by "Grey Area", is that he knows full well it is as legal as filming anything else the eye can see.
But that he can only fight one battle at a time, and that proven Right is at the end of the line, as it would get the most opposition. If he ever gets to educate the American public and public service, he will have achieved a great struggle to bring about change. If.
Convincing them that the use of pin numbers and credit card details should be shielded by the government when given over by the public, by filming over the shoulder of the person in front of you, altho legal, would at this time be seen as atrocious by the ignorant majority.
So let's call it a *grey area* until the first battles are won.
Most reasonable people would take issue with someone walking up behind them taking video of items with their personal information on them. If you’re being honest with yourself you could admit that you would have at minimum strong words with someone doing that to you.
Much respect to the lieutenant ! His professionalism and respect for the public is fantastic. Thank you lieutenant for honoring your oath and conducting yourself in an honorable manner.

No expectations of privacy while in public, period.
What a wonderful country we’d have if all police approached interactions the way this lieutenant did. Respectful, knowledgeable, polite and a human. Well done.
He ONLY did that b/cause he knew of Long Island Audit. You and I try that and he probably wouldn't have been as decent, however b/cause of LIA's efforts .....it may go a little easier for us than it might have been a few yrs back.
Polite is polite - I couldn't care less what the motivation is!
Loraine is a WlTCH with a capital “B”.
@@spokewhilehecould i wouldn’t be so sure. Just as important as highlighting the policing we don’t like, if we actually want the culture to change, we should be ready and willing to acknowledge the policing we do want to see. Isn’t it true that what we ultimately want to see is channels like this to go absolutely dead because every police officer is lawful, respectful, professional and, above all, boring? This lieutenant may have had the motivations you ascribed but just like police do not serve the interests of the public when they look for any and every opportunity to jam a citizen up, we don’t serve this movement by failing to acknowledge police conduct that we claim to want to see.

Armed security at the DMV but not at our grade schools. What a great observation, Sean.
Yup. Armed guards for celebrities, politicians, dmv employees, but you even suggest we have armed guards for our children and the left loses their minds

The LT did an excellent job. He was polite and very professional. Well done LT…
Yeah the Lt. saved the day. As belligerent as Loraine and the security guard were, I wonder how this would have turned out if some ignorant cop showed up.
He does look nervous though...lol
And the WHY, is because the Lieu is a fan of the channel!
Officer is a little squirmy because he has to satisfy both manager and Sean.
Lorraine didn’t get bad information. She just lied to try to get rid of you. Threats work on some people. She likes to threaten and bully because it makes her feel bigger than a “public servant.”
Agreed she was making things up on the spot to suit her false narrative.
100%. Every DMV in the country is filled with those vile scum that think they are the elite.
She (Lorain) is simply acting a bitch
I thought that was Joe Walsh.
I've also witnessed some situations in which the lower level employees tell the higher level employees a lie and insist they are right until the higher level employees agree. It could be that too.
As a West Virginian, I have to say I'm appalled by this behavior. Not all of us are this ignorant.
I'm from West Virginia too. At least the lady that walked up to him knew her rights. She made me proud.

Providing an untrained but armed “security guard” around the general public should be illegal. Cleatus there had a pistol in a low level of retention holster and a set of cuffs with one side tucked inside his belt above his butt crack. So much FAIL.
Cleatus has cave man level communication skills. No tact and horrible dress and deportment. Has to be a case of nepotism.
Why does Cleatus not have any intermediate use of force options? No OC spray or expanding baton, just Zero to Deadly Force if anyone decides to fight with the mouth-breather.
At minimum he should wear a Sam Browne, Level II holster (III is better) and mag pouches, baton (with training) and cuffs (with training) in a proper pouch. Level IIa body armour under a uniform that doesn’t look like crap.
The fact that a public servant thinks that the term "public sevant" is degrading speaks volumes about the type of service that she will provide to the public......that Lt is cool AF, very civil, cordial and humane.
You can see it on the Lieutenants face. He doesn't want to deal with 100,000 phone calls
