Sean never relented on the hands issue and later the sergeant wanted him out of sight so he could relay the message to his subordinate that Sean could in fact remain on the property and video.
The sargeant did the same turned his back to get into his car to move it for the other citizen.

After they tried to bully Sean and found out they were wrong, they should have apologized but especially the tyrant sergeant had too much ego and just got out of there as fast as he could. He definitely needs descalation training.
