My Blossom friends, if you felt weak during this yoga session, you are not alone. I collapsed many times and felt weak, but the important thing is that I showed up and this is a journey that you will be better little by little, not suddenly. just show up and continue my buddies. You will get this, we will get this. This community will get this. Namaste 🙏
Yes, I felt a bit discouraged when I fell and paused so many times BUT I can actually hold planks for a few seconds now! We've come a long way, let's keep going 💚
Geat to know I'm not alone ❤ Definitely felt weak & had to pause but powered on to finish the routine. Saved & will revisit until some day, hopefully, roll through with out a struggle. Gratitude for you & all that share their positive energy with me 🙏
Same here, I was so proud in January that I could even "do" a forearm plank, but this is an all new level. I can not imagine those people, that Adriene suggested at the end, could do this workout 2 or 3 times in a row! Proud that I was able to finish even though it was not a graceful look. Glad I have others to share the experience!
Oh my gosh, my core is so weak! As impressed as I am by people who can deadlift their own body weight, I am COMPLETELY blown away by Adriene’s ability to talk while doing this workout, all without trembling or seemingly exerting herself at all. She is strong, and she makes it look easy! Love to you all-I accept where I am today, but dang, it’s a tough one for me! I know it’ll get easier eventually... just gotta keep showing up. ❤️🧘🏻♀️✨🌊
Keep going! You will get it. These are her OG videos, actually test you. I feel the newer ones have accustomed too people who complained about the difficulty in these routines!
You can do it! I started this one about two years ago from a low fitness base. I couldn’t complete it, and every move was sloppy and a struggle. But I’ve kept moving and gently pushing myself since then. I can do this video quite comfortably now and without much thought, which my old self would have been AMAZED to know. Enjoy your journey. It’s totally doable and totally worth it.
Adriene - the only teacher in the world that can persuade you so easily to work on your abs for 20 mins straight with no break! 😂 Thanks for another incredible work out Adriene. June is not an easy month 😅
I was doing this while my mom was sitting nearby and when Adriene said high five if you're doing this with someone, my mom immediately gave me a high five!
Dear future self: if you're ever able to get through this whole thing without having to take a lot of breaks, you have come such a long way and I am so proud of you.
WOW! This gal knows how to make your core go on fire! An then she sits fresh & smiling n the end inviting us to repeat the video. WHAT?... See you tomorrow Adriene for some gentle, relaxing cozy flow ;)
You guys aren't the only ones. I had to take small breaks throughout it. But I added this exercise to my playlist so I can go back to it and work on it. Hi five to us all for "showing up!"
Despite receiving myofacial release and structural integration therapy, I decided to go ahead and do some yoga too! I surprised myself that I did this after the morning wake up yoga one - and finished it! Yay me! 😀
WONDER ❄ | December 17, 2023 | We did it y'all! I know what to expect now with this core buster, so I did it first thing before having my breakfast 😆. I woke up with a bit of a fussy lower back to I was a little worried, but it only really made itself known during the plank series and not too bad. I followed up with a few lower back stretches (NOT a second or third round of this practice, which frankly Adriene, I don't think will ever happen 😅). 🙏
"Keep going, we're almost done" said Adriene in halfway through the practice. Like, Adriene, darling, a half is not "almost done" arghhh! That was hard, I had to take like 4-5 breaks in between. But that's okay! I made it!
I love all core practices, they keep this senior yogi’s back strong, they are safe and strength building, so because I’m still recovering from being 🥴 🤢 🤮 I used the neck hammock, perfect, and easily made it to forearm toe taps. But I confess to wallowing in child’s pose and listening, while you did the side planks Adriene. So I found what feels good, my way, as I do every morning with you 😊 see you tomorrow on the mat 🧘🏼♀️🧘🏻♀️🙏💕
Neck hammock doesn’t work for me I think bc my arms are really short? I really want to skip this one. I think I’m going to replace it with yoga for a rainy day. I feel bad though bc I need to get a stronger back too… feeling sick today too. :(
Ooh Laura, this one’s not for you, I couldn’t do it without the neck hammock ! My arms are short but guess in proportion as I am only 5ft 3ins 🙂 Take care, I hate you suffering and sad 😔 and don’t feel bad, Adriene wants you to feel good so try your rainy day yoga and go slow, breath deep 🙏 I’m feeling positive vibes going your way 🤞🧘🏼♀️🧘🏻♀️💕
Hello Amy, I save the ones I love, especially low to the ground ones like this, where I can have a safe workout, so many benefits for me Whois a little later in years 😉 🙏🧘🏼♀️😊
@@gillsmith6740 I am 5'0! I have huge boobs and really want to get a breast reduction bc I wonder if that's not helping the migraines? I'm so frustrated because I try to do the practices and I inevitably flare something up! Sorry for being such a crotchety cricket today. 🦗
Nice and light. RIGHT. No, I find this one to be one of the toughest of Adriene's shorter videos, and even laughed when ten minutes before the end, she said we were almost done. I had trouble doing all the reps, and likely binging on bread yesterday did not help today's practice. That said, I still felt stronger this time around with it, and having meditated immediately beforehand, my mind had no unkind words to share. I leave it feeling refreshed and ready for a nice, long walk over to a pond I last visited a year ago, hopefully without much rain. Cultivate day 29. 329 days in a row.
Last time I did this video I paused and had to take several breaks. Today, months after starting my yoga journey with Adriene, I followed through with her. I am so proud of myself, proud to see all the marvelous things that BLOSSOM 🌹 when we give them time. Thank you Adriene, thank you to everyone who follows and leaves so many beautiful comments. This is truly an amazing community. namaste 🤍
Love to hear stuff like this! It took me some getting used to in the beginning but now with months of my yoga journey, I no longer have to pause the video and feel so alive. 🧘🏾♂️
BLOSSOM | February 9, 2022 | 🌸 One of the more brutal core practices for sure, and somehow I always forget because "Core Strength Ritual" sounds not that bad! But then Adriene says "we're almost done" HALFWAY through the video and I remember it's THIS one! 😂 I accidentally on purpose skipped a few reps, especially in the crunches sequence because, even two+ years into daily Yoga with Adriene, my neck does get sore. Having said all that, it's because of practices like these I have built such a strong core over the last two years. 😅
shaking. frankly sobbing as I connect to core muscles that have been shut off from Trauma for most of my Life. Being able to do this at home - with Privacy- but with your kind clear guidance is a blessing. thank you.
First time i have bailed out on one of Adrien’s videos- having a terrible neck day- off to find a different what feels good for me. Blossom peoples- see you tomorrow!
“Repeat this video twice or even 3 times” . . . LMAO I can’t even get through the first round. I will aspire to be able to do 2 or 3 in a row someday. I accept that that is not where I am today. I like a good challenge. Leaving this comment so I can check in with it a year or two from now. Also to remind my fellow Blossomers and Yogi’s in any time line. DRINK SOME WATER TODAY. Love to you all. 🖤🌸
This was my first time doing this type of exercise and I'm not gonna lie I almost cried thinking Im not gonna make it until the end but guess what I made it hahaha. I'm definitely repeating it😄 high five everyone and namaste 💛
Good job! Well done! I'm so proud of you for making it through this. Well even if you hadn't it's all good since you showed up on the mat. So long as we keep showing up we'll get better at whatever we're trying to get better at. A little goes a long way!
After the YWA “Move” 30-day challenge, this finally felt like the supplementary culmination video I have been craving. Works on a lot of the same things I just developed in the challenge, with no pulled punches. Sooooo satisfying. Like a Pilates workout with a yoga flavor & of course an Adriene flavor. Thank you so much! 🦋🧘🏻♀️🐾
@Heather Greetings Blossom 🌸 Yogi! Yes, it was nice Yoga Flava which Ironically, is the name and style of the first Yogi I studied with, Robin Downes. Best wishes to you on the Blossom 🌸 Journey! 🦋❤🦋
Blossom day 9 - can't lie I did think about skipping this but I did it and I feel better for it. Yes I had to take breaks and yes I had to modify but I didn't beat myself up, I accepted where I was today. High five to everyone doing this practice today whether you sailed through or you struggled - be proud of yourself for shoiwng up
Wow that definitely had my core on fire, and also my shoulders at one point, when I was in side forearm plank. Thank you so much Adriene for this, and all of your yoga practices, you are amazing. See you again tomorrow Namaste. 🙏 🧡🧘♀️
My all time favourite core practice for me as a senior yogi ! It keeps my back strong in a safe way, supported low to the ground. Throughout I used the neck hammock so I could enjoy and benefit from every move. Side planks as always a challenge, I managed with my senior version knee down, top leg supporting, I am 74 ! 😆 feeling satisfied 🙏 See you tomorrow, I’m going to enjoy these last 2 🧘🏼♀️🧘🏻♀️🙏💕
Gill was it your birthday? I hope I didn’t miss it. I can’t believe all you can do with arthritis pain always hovering around. It’s truly inspiring. Looks like a very steady temp and cloud coverage today for you. I hope that means less pain. I bet my weather app is wrong bc it says it will be 61 degrees all day?! Or whatever it is converted. 23? 89? 😂 I wish I were joking. I have cramps and wish I were 74 rather than the reverse. I guess you always want what you don’t have. At least today I came and checked your comments which is one step closer to doing the video! A little goes a long way… I’m going to do the yoga for cramps and pms. -🦗
No Laura, not my birthday, just saying age limitations apply, SO annoying ! Yes, weather gloomy, no sunshine 16 deg C chilly north wind, not like August. At least my yoga today warmed me up. Hope you feel better soon, loving you’re finding a practice to help 🤞🧘🏼♀️🙏💕
@@gillsmith6740 well let me know when it is your birthday! I’m so sorry the weather is gloomy for you (and probably everyone else except me and a few of my spooky friends… 🦇 I’m going to check in with you on today’s practice. 💕🙏🏻
Wow that one was sweaty! A while ago I learned that I shouldn't be afraid of 40+, 50+ minutes long practices because you give us little breaks throughout the workout but I should rather beware these 20-30 minute long ones, especially with "the core" in the title 😂 Namaste!
I know this is a super old comment so maybe you won't see the reply, but what other vids would you say are similarly heavy with core stuff? I've been using this video regularly to supplement a lifting program, but I'm getting to where I could use some variety, and previously I tended toward flowing/stretching type sequences so haven't really bookmarked any core focused stuff.
@@ksmspeace maybe it's old but notifications still come haha For example - every 6th day of the new year's challenge. There's always day 6 for 6pack 😉 I think you can still find playlists with these 30 day January challenges.
Just popping by to say hi on SPARK day 12. I'm not even going to attempt this practice today as it is one I actively dislike and I have enough going on in my life right now that I dislike 🙃 I'm off to find something more in line with my mood. Hats off to all you warriors who tackled this one! You are strong and awesome 🤩
Nope nope nope. My abs are still sore from overdoing it a couple of days ago so I only lasted 10 minutes. I figure 10 minutes is 10 times better than 1 so I can accept that is where I am today 🥰
I did only half of this video, and I forgive myself for that. I did my best, and I did some core work yesterday, so it really was the best I could do with that leftover soreness - and I am proud! I WILL do this entire video one day, but today is not that day. That's ok! If you're like me, now worries - we'll get there! Namaste.
I did it! Today was the day I did the entire video!! I still took a few longer pauses than I would have liked, but I once again am PROUD of myself and my body, and I will return to this practice, with even more endurance, soon!
I just want to thank you for getting me into yoga 🙏🏻 Going vegan and doing yoga is just what I needed to be happy 💚 Huge thank you one more time, Adriene! ☀️
Blessed Beloved Blossom 🌸 Yogis! This core strength 💪🏾 was intense, however, much appreciated. Typically, I do squats to focus on abs. I feel the burn 🔥. Now, I'm pumped to meditate.🧘🏾♀️ Namaste & Ase beautiful souls!🦋 ❤ 🦋
I always find it much easier to meditate after strenuous exercise. Something about being physically spent makes it much easier to let go and allow my thoughts to become less busy.
@@paulm.8660 Yes indeed fellow yogi. One of my yoga teachers taught me to practice yoga first to warm-up the body for meditation. Have a beautiful day! 🦋💛🦋
Blossom Day 9 and wow my abs are on fire😅 It was really challenging but I'm grateful I made it. Keep going my blossom friends, you are strong!🌸 Namaste🙏
I love reading the comments and knowing I'm not the only one who struggled with this. Good job everyone who at least tried and did their best! You've got this! I'm hoping I'll gain strength by doing yoga regularly. Thank you Adriane for the June calendar, it's a great help for that.
This one will likely never make my YWA favorites list. It emphasizes all the weak points in the back, neck and abdomen. It is enough for me to go easy, stop when needed and not allow the mind to reach frustration. Even though I would not mind never seeing this one on a calendar again, I do have to admit that some spark, focus and energy has been regained from the effort I was able to put in. Spark day 12. 646 days in a row.
This is the only practice I have ever clicked the dislike button on 😂 nope, I'm not even prepared to attempt this one in the middle of our heatwave in the UK. Just nope 😆
First time returning to this since the month we did Courage a year or so ago. I seemed to enjoy it then although like today, I felt it was tough. Not as positive this time. I was all over the place but stuck with it, fighting the mind most of the time. But now that it is done, I do feel pretty good. Expand day 16. 255 days in a row. 😛I started typing Endure day 16....
I felt the same way! I remember that I've done this practice before and did okay. But today, I struggled. Let's come back on this practice stronger, in the future!
Did this cause I've had back problems for such a long time now. Every time I've been thinking "Oh God I HATE core workouts" durin the exercises I tried to shift to "My back will LOVE the support of a strong core." Even thinking about my core and my back as a couple. Mr Back is really tired, tense and fucked up, so Mrs Core is doing everything she can to support him. :-D
Ok core strength videos from Adriene are so great and the shorter they are, the more intense they are and oh man do they burn. Adriene really knows how to kick our butts in these core strength videos💪🏻
I saw my comment from months earlier and today was no easier for me. I still made modifications, gave my neck a rest (knowing how it would feel tomorrow) and then blamed my failure on my sinus infection. Just an overall difficult journey today. Thanks for the challenge Adriene!
In over 2 years of YWA videos, this is only my third time doing this one. It's her toughest one! I stuck with it, though I did the easier modifications. My god how good my body felt at the end in the twist. Yoga high. Wow. Thank you!
@@mariec5658 Same here! There I was, thinking: Ahhh, child's pose, yay! Adriene: Let's do the side plank!! Me: *failed*. :-/ (Only managed one side, but I swear to G-d I'll manage the whole routine tomorrow smiling!! ;-) ) EDIT: A couple od days later, I still can't do the routine smiling, but at least I did all the poses in a row today, without extra breaks. Proud of myself but have to continue to be able to smile as well! ;-)
Wow this was challenging, I was on fire!!!!! But every time I think “argh I can’t do this”, Adriene gently inspires me to want to do better. So I took a steady breath and I tried harder! I achieved so much more than I thought I would. Thank you so much beautiful lady, your videos have anchored me in hope throughout the lockdown. Big love to everyone reading this, and watching this channel, we are one 🧘♀️🙏🏻🌍🥰
Here again for July Spark Day 12✅🌅😀🍀🌸 I must say, I really appreciate this 👌🏾core yoga practices & I finally push through this core strengthening practice without collapsing today, 💪🏾🧘🏾♀️👌🏾,yayy!🙌🏾 tiny victory😊, having had wobbles, falls, collapsed a lot and had to pause this in the past during blossom. Bookmark? Favorites? Surely you jest Adriene. I know there are many people that will embrace this one and as I have said before, I am grateful to have so many different practices that truly suit my preference as well!
Hi Amy! This was a tough one, yet we'll worth it because life can be tough and this practice is awesome for carrying the discipline off the mat to apply to life outside of the session itself. Nice meeting you! Best wishes! 🦋❤️🦋
Dear Adriene, you are saving my days and life in these days of quarantine over here in Milan - Italy. I could not make it through without my daily yoga sessions with you. Thanks so much for being around with your cheerful voice and engaging smile! GRAZIE MILLE! Antonella
Core work simultaneously scares and excites me! Prior to finishing up the Move 30 Day Challenge, I would have not been able to do ANY of this. And, while my performance was far from perfect and I still needed breaks, I was capable of way more than I expected! Cheers to growth!🥂
Spark day 12- Wow, those side forearm planks really worked my mind AND body! I may have fallen, but we all are learning its about how many times you get back up! Namaste!
I've started Lyra classes, and after my first class, I realized I am 3x weaker than I once was. I asked the teacher what I had to work on in order to improve and she said I could do knee push ups, which is great. But then I realized Adrienne has so many videos towards building the core and arms. The yoga also increases flexibility which is nice because I learned that my hips were super tight as well!! I am a little nervous how much this is going to hurt, but I just went through a break up, so it's time to get stronger in as many ways as possible.
Blessed Beloved Beauties! Spark Day -12 was no joke. Firstly, it took a hot minute to return to the mat. Secondly, I completed this practice at 11:15 P.M. It's going to be interesting to read my previous experience. This session is aligned with what's happening in my life - challenges. I pushed through. Lastly, I stated, "I am strong." I will dance 💃🏾 through the obstacles and overcome them to achieve my goals. Life can be frustrating. Then, there is beauty in the breath that reminds us it isn't so bad we rose for another opportunity to work toward our goals. I feel so accomplished after completing this session, so late in the evening. Now, I'm going to study another practice with my other instructor. Best wishes everyone! Namaste and Ase! 🦋♥️🦋
It seems I have done this practice twice before, one and two years ago! I was fine but felt the burn and think I'll be a bit sore in the next day or so. I did give up a bit on the side planks but generally pleased with my 68 year old self. Thank you Adriene xx Namaste 💟💟
I remember the first time I did this video - frequent rests and not able to complete the last piece at all - after practicing since January 1 with no breaks I only needed short breaks - still a long way to go but I am proud of my progress- Thank you YWA - you have helped me so much =Namaste
I feel like this Courage series is all focused on getting us fit hahahah thanks for all the effort in organizing these playlists for us. Even though the videos are already posted, I would not be able to commit to practice yoga everyday if they were not organised like you do. Love from Brazil
Walking on our Journey is definitly an amazing experience. Some days are harder and you need to find your inner strenght, some days everything seems to flow naturaly, like Universe got your back. I am grateful for all the work I did these past years that get me to this point...Enjoying doing core exercice ! I didn't think when I started yoga, I could said that one day, but YES I CAN ! With pratice and discipline, everything is possible !
for those of you who are doing this for the first time and it destroyed you (like it did me about 2 weeks ago), know that if you do it every day and truly push yourself in each session, you will be able to do this (without folding once) much, much faster than you might anticipate. it can be done in 2 weeks!
Thanks for this comment; I let my yoga practise slide and I am presently trying to psyche myself up to do this one. So good to remember beginning and struggling is a fine place to start.
@@niamhn1560 100%. it's just like anything that your body isn't use to doing regularly. hard at the start, but after a short period you'll be surprised how quickly it returns to you! this is still my favourite workout to do, and will do amazing things for your waistline very quickly. all the best to you!
I have been doing yoga and pilates regularly the past month and am proud to say I went through this workout TWICE!!! I've done core workouts with Adrienne in the past and they kicked my ass. My core strength is really building. I'm so happy!!!
Crazy coming back to this video and seeing my comment from a year ago where I was struggling to get through this practice and comparing it to now when I got through it all right alongside Adriene without having to take any breaks. So proud of how far I have come!
I think I remember crying the first time I tried this, it was so frustrating: I couldn’t hold my legs up long enough to make it through a single exercise and my neck was so uncomfortable. Oh yeah plus my abs were screaming!! But I slowly started incorporating this into my practice regularly until it became a weekly commitment. I set myself the target of doing this for 30 days straight in June and I am so CHUFFED that I did it! And I really do feel the results, underneath my layer of squish I can feel muscle! And I can make it through the whole routine now although I still do not have the desire to do it more than once in a row, thank you Adriene ;-) Keep at it my friends!! It is a very rewarding ritual once you’ve got the hang of it.
I must say I have never (lovingly) cursed Adriene so much as I did in this video. YOWZA was that SO challenging. Kudos to anyone who stuck with it no matter how many breaks you took! And hopefully you laughed at yourself along the way (like I did) (:
Blowing my own trumpet; I've done this once a week for the past year, its still really hard, but the other day I was doing a yoga pose on my front, lying down and I COULD FEEL MY CORE MUSCLES so it's working for me! Thanks Adriene!
Most of the comments indicate this is quite a tough practice, so all in all I was pleased with myself! I kept up until the forearm planks - when asked to move each leg to the side, I collapsed!! Continued on with side planks though, with one leg supporting, to the end. I feel like I've had a good workout! Thank you Adriene xx Namaste 💟💟
Adriene is a very good coach - inspiring and not intimidating - her instruction is easy to follow - you can almost do it without looking at the screen. I am a fan

Neck hammock doesn’t work for me I think bc my arms are really short? I really want to skip this one. I think I’m going to replace it with yoga for a rainy day. I feel bad though bc I need to get a stronger back too… feeling sick today too. :(
Reading past comments, I see you have chosen to do this practice numerous times over the years! I commend you, 🙏🏻🧘🏼♀️☮️🌷
Ooh Laura, this one’s not for you, I couldn’t do it without the neck hammock !

Thanks for mentioning that ur core got strong through ywa, thats motivating.
My neck gets sore too so I feel ya on that. Good for you though for sticking with the practice.
shaking. frankly sobbing as I connect to core muscles that have been shut off from Trauma for most of my Life.
I’m making a playlist for things to come back to at the 3,6,9, and 12 month marks. “Strong” from MOVE is on that list too
hows it looking!!
That's so true! I really felt like I was building up on what I left off with, like a day 31! That's probably why I enjoyed in so much

Blossom day 9 - can't lie I did think about skipping this but I did it and I feel better for it. Yes I had to take breaks and yes I had to modify but I didn't beat myself up, I accepted where I was today. High five to everyone doing this practice today whether you sailed through or you struggled - be proud of yourself for shoiwng up
Me too. Glad to hear I am not alone.
Moi aussi, ma cher!

I’m so sorry the weather is gloomy for you (and probably everyone else except me and a few of my spooky friends… 🦇
I’m going to check in with you on today’s practice. 💕🙏🏻
Wow that one was sweaty!
A while ago I learned that I shouldn't be afraid of 40+, 50+ minutes long practices because you give us little breaks throughout the workout but I should rather beware these 20-30 minute long ones, especially with "the core" in the title 😂
Namaste!
@@ksmspeace maybe it's old but notifications still come haha
For example - every 6th day of the new year's challenge.
Just when I think I might be able to do all of YWA videos without collapsing or needing extra breaks, one like this comes up on the list 🤪
Nope nope nope. My abs are still sore from overdoing it a couple of days ago so I only lasted 10 minutes. I figure 10 minutes is 10 times better than 1 so I can accept that is where I am today 🥰
@Ju Lin thankyou so much! This was a lovely message to wake up to 🥰
Sometimes i forget that when Adriene says core she means 🔥CORE🔥
I did only half of this video, and I forgive myself for that. I did my best, and I did some core work yesterday, so it really was the best I could do with that leftover soreness - and I am proud! I WILL do this entire video one day, but today is not that day. That's ok! If you're like me, now worries - we'll get there! Namaste.
I did it! Today was the day I did the entire video!! I still took a few longer pauses than I would have liked, but I once again am PROUD of myself and my body, and I will return to this practice, with even more endurance, soon!
I just want to thank you for getting me into yoga 🙏🏻
Going vegan and doing yoga is just what I needed to be happy 💚 Huge thank you one more time, Adriene! ☀️

Four years ago I did this for the first time ever. I've come a long way since then - physically, mentally and spiritually🙏🏼

First time returning to this since the month we did Courage a year or so ago. I seemed to enjoy it then although like today, I felt it was tough. Not as positive this time. @@anjalinetragaonkar3738 Hey! Yeah, that one can be tricky.
I felt the same way! I remember that I've done this practice before and did okay. But today, I struggled. Let's come back on this practice stronger, in the future!
@@FatimaCritica Let's do that!
Cultivate Day 29: This was a challenging video, especially the threading the needle part, but I'm glad to work on the chance to work on the core.
In over 2 years of YWA videos, this is only my third time doing this one. It's her toughest one! I stuck with it, though I did the easier modifications. My god how good my body felt at the end in the twist. Yoga high. Wow. Thank you!
I refreshed the page, and realized that we were more than 100 people doing same video at the same time
I’m not sure I could finish this without having completed Move! It set us up nicely for serious core work 🙏🏻
The hardest YWA video I have done!! That was brutal!! I will feel good the day I can complete that routine without a rest break!!

EDIT: A couple od days later, I still can't do the routine smiling, but at least I did all the poses in a row today, without extra breaks. Proud of myself but have to continue to be able to smile as well! ;-)

Core work simultaneously scares and excites me! Prior to finishing up the Move 30 Day Challenge, I would have not been able to do ANY of this. And, while my performance was far from perfect and I still needed breaks, I was capable of way more than I expected! Cheers to growth!🥂

That side arm plank move gets me every time...and I've been doing this routine once a week....buuurrrrnn.🙏🏼
Been subscribed for 2 years , finally got my wife to join me. You are our morning wake up ritual now
I've started Lyra classes, and after my first class, I realized I am 3x weaker than I once was.

I’ve never done an an workout where I actually felt relaxed . Something with the breaths is what pulls me to yoga. It’s so helpful
Blossom day 9! (day 39 for me) I just did this after waking up and right before getting ready to go to uni so I'm extra energized today!! ☺
And I can make it through the whole routine now although I still do not have the desire to do it more than once in a row, thank you Adriene ;-)
Keep at it my friends!!
After a month and a half of yoga, I was able to stack my legs when doing my side plank if only for a few seconds. Yay!
I'm doing this with my regular yoga practice almost every day now, and I still high-five every time. YEAH! Did it!! 🖐
