      I agree ,I feel so good after this yoga practice, and I'm practicing while having Covid 19 . I feel Adriene's yoga practices are a cure for anything , I'm certainly finding I'm getting over this bout of Covid quicker with keeping up with the yoga .     I suffer from depression and complex-post traumatic stress disorder. Everything I've tried hasn't worked, including electroconvulsive therapy. But I'm optimistic now. Adriene's Yoga journeys and practices have been part of my daily routine for almost 9 months. My therapist and psychiatrist have noted significant improvements in my mental health since I began doing yoga. For many years, getting out of bed for a few minutes a day was an accomplishment. But now I do yoga every morning for about an hour. It is something I enjoy doing! Although I still have a long way to go, yoga, and specifically Yoga with Adriene, has had a profound effect on my life. I am eternally grateful.

      I am suffering from a dramatic breakup currently and feel the same thing … since days my mind was clear and the better thing empty for the first time … I can think again

    I have to say that even though I built so much strenght during this month and a half with yoga routines, today I had my period and I felt as weak as the first day. Such an important reminder that we are humans, finding what feels good it's not a rising arrow, it's a wiggly funny curve that moves towards our best "us"

      Have you done her video Yoga for Women / PMS? When I am on my period I try to lean into what my body needs, which is rest and ease, so it can do it’s period thing (which is actually such a powerful act of nature when you think about it). I usually do that Women video or Yoga for Self-Care! 💞

I finished Move, then did the tail of Blossom, and then joined Embody. I guessed I was so focused on keeping on track that I forgot that I can FIND what feels good xD THANK YOU FOR THAT. I needed it.

    At 56 years young, I’ve been doing different online yoga sessions for years. When I found your channel three years ago it changed my life! The yoga sessions I had previously been doing did not strengthen me like your sessions did. I noticed a huge difference right away. You are by far the best yoga teacher I have ever been taught by! You make yoga accessible for all. Thank you for all you do and continue to do. I am proud to be a member of the FWFG online community!

    I do yoga every night since I've had my kids. Now a mom of two, this is my ME time. I breathe and build strength, physically and emotionally. A huge hug to everyone who shows up to the mat today and every day! It's not easy, but you are worth it! This makes me a better mom and person.

    This session gave me fire this morning. I swear since I know you I can't practice yoga with anybody else. Love how mindful and "simple" your classes seem but still bring always calm, fire and flexibility to the body.

      Agreed! I did this before bedtime but I feel a fire of energy and zest to get something extra done before I hit the pillow. We adore Yoga with Adrienne and she is my go-to whenever I feel a little yoga deprived.

    Tell me - what did this feel good flow spark for you? The mantra Find What Feels Good - doesn't mean you feel GOOD all of the time. That is not realistic. But what it can do is spark something fresh and present for you to notice --- which can guide you into a practice of strength and awareness you never thought possible. This is really why I love home yoga and this community too. TELL ME what did this spark for you??

      It sparked courage for me. I too had a severe nervous system breakdown a couple months ago that I currently repairing and healing. I started doing YWA every day since January and I notice the difference every time I step on my mat. I still have bad days but at least I have the courage and strength to recognize that it will pass. Thank you for this journey and this community 🤍

      It sparked the release of tension after a loooooooong tough day. It sparked feelings of ease and peace, knowing that being on the mat is going to feel good, no matter what the practice. It sparked some smiles too, hearing Adriene’s sweet words of encouragement and giggles at myself when I realised that a - apparently I DO enjoy a core session and b- the amount of times I needed reminded to breathe. Awesome session, for which I am truly grateful x

      This sparked more confidence and belief in myself, more trust in my strength and intuition, more patience. I used to have no self-discipline at all, but I've been trying to keep a promise to myself with a couple of things, including following the YWA calendars. I've just begun my 3rd consecutive month, but this practice showed me how much stronger I already am. It's been a long road and I'm still traveling it (probably always) but I've learned I could trust every feeling I ever had and that my body and intuition are always communicating to me. I could always trust myself. I have always been the one that can save me. I'm at a point that I still forget that sometimes but each practice I'm reminded of that and now I'm doing that daily. Thank you for your teachings!

    A new upload! This was a nice abs sequence. I only had to relax for a second once, when I felt a pinch in that left elbow.

    I really hate core excercises, cause it's my weakest part and I always feel like a trembling mess after the practice. But you always make me feel accomplished and strong, and for that I enjoy every second of this suffering! Thank you, Adriene, for this flow, I loved-hated every part! Namaste ❤️

    Blessed Beloved Embody Yogis (Day-7)! There's an internal freshness inside my body after this practice. The lifted leg circling straddles were firie just like Mondays.     Oh my....I cannot, nor never have been able to master the full sit up - even s. youngster when everything worked properly!!! So I tried coming from a low boat pose and rising from there - not nearly the same but better than nothing. I kept thinking I am strong ...even though I didnt feel it.....Going to try and not worry about it though i still finished the session - and thank you Adriene for helping us move out of our comfort zones 🙏

    Good morning from Sweden! I usually feel quite weak doing ab centered yoga but I really enjoyed this! It was, of course, hard and sweaty but I was able to do all of the moves in a way that felt safe and productive. Thank you Adriene! Namaste.

    I have started doing yoga more often this year after taking a break last year. Completing every day of the calendars this year thus far and getting back into routine has been amazing for my mind and body. I can definitely see the improvement already. Cant wait for this one!

    ive followed Adriene for over 5 years now and she looks just as first video and that motivates. I had a bad reaction to COVID and was practically paralized and have been trying to get my natural movement back with doctor and therapies these past 6 months ...... decided to begin YOGA again, feels like my first day but ill get there ! These videos helped me thru years but its now more than ever that i need them so much, thanks Adriene!

    This is fast pace and works the abs without lots of crunches. Loved it!! Would be cool if there was a longer version. Loved making circles with feet- really felt my core working

I pulled through and having this done again, now with vast improvement, I can feel my whole body, calmly feeling the good flow.. soothing and well stretched.     Good morning! How was today's practice? I felt really great. It's being very hot these days here in Spain and I'm waking up late, but I'm still motivated to do my practice every single morning. Today's flow was amazing, I love flows. After yesterday's practice, which was very introspective and there was no movement, I needed this, thanks Adriene. See you tomorrow on the mat! ❤

    This particularly is what I need 'Feel good Abs"...not my best practice but I know it gives me a great workout that presents👌🏾 results in strengthening my core muscles with deep stretches...I have been doing this for the last 3mths, every 5days of the week and seriously my abs thanks you Adriene with pleasure😂😅...give it a go yogi lovelies, see in a month on 2?...I am so glad I did...glad to have this slipped in for March Motivate Day 23:03:23✅😅✊🏾🧘🏾‍♀️...You rock! lady and best wishes to everyone as we have the Last week to go on 💫Motivate💫....I have enjoyed every moment✊🏾.🙏🏾💚💙🌺🪷

    Flow Day 25 on May 25 2022, 145 Days of Yoga
    Today was one of those days where I felt really strong during the session. After a couple of weeks with a tired body, this was a great surprise! Noticing how far I've come since January 1.! More importantly, the infusion of energy to my soul, is what keeps me showing up on the mat day after day. Even on the days where that is just a memory. And today that feeling of inner ease deep in my center was strong! Namaste 🙏

      @@TD-qi2rw absolutely. I learned so much just doing it 3-5 days a week for about 4 years so I feel like 365 days in a row is going to teach me so much. I’m already looking into investing in a yoga bolster and stuff for more restorative yoga on days I feel a little more sluggish but don’t want to give up, which I had absolutely no interest in purchasing before deciding to challenge myself to a full year. Can’t believe we’re already 81 days into the year. Good job to you as well.

    I started with move and have carried on every since. I cannot imagine not doing yoga now, totally transformed my mind. Thank you . Weather is improving so looking forward to practicing outside. My dog waits for me next to the mat , starts doing her downward dog. 😊

    Hi Adriene and everyone else in the yoga community. These last few days have been extremely difficult on my mental health as I’m preparing myself to say goodbye to my best friend and the love of my life. She is my world, every culture has a different name they call her I call her Patti others call her abuela, grandma 👵🏽, granny, Nana, nonna, and so much more. These practices are probably the only time when I get to cry freely without having to be judged for crying during a workout. So thank you for this practice Adriene

    Blessed Beloved Beauties! I adore Admire Day - 16. It is exciting to return to this practice. I'm on a study break. Now, I feel rejuvenated to continue my studies and go on a run 🏃🏿 afterwards.     I did the video, but listened to my body and modified some things, I have neck pain so I do the sit up abs with tiny help of my hands so that I can do them without pain in my neck. More garden work👩‍🌾🌞🌱🪴🌸🪱🦋, have a happy day, Namaste 💚

      Yes! And I have found after practicing long with her, I make the adjustments she has suggested before. You intuitively begin to understand in body and mind where you can move more fully into poses, even if she does not mention such in a given video. Consistency with daily practice, in whatever shape or mood, is the key.

    today’s practice done on:
    * 3/7/22: honestly didn’t realize this was a an ab practice until about 20 min ago. great practice as always 💕
    * 5/26/22: i love looking back to see when I last did this practice and what I was thinking, and idk how I my past self didn’t realize this was a core practice because that was FOR SURE a core practice 🔥. flow day 25 🌊
    3/23/23: great core practice and I love how there are breaks between that are still just as mindful. motivate day 23

    I think they were the most effective bicycles I've ever done! The guidance to move armpit towards knee really helped me feel my muscles engage more than ever before. You've got such a talent for verbalising visuals for movements & poses. Thank you for all you do for us xxx

    I have stepped away from yoga the last week or so because I have started another fitness challenge. But today I could not gather the strength to do another Chole ting video haha ( love her though) but I was down on myself because I still wanted to keep my promise with myself to choose healthy lifestyle everyday. So I decided to come back to my first love. Yoga with Adriene and honestly the best decision I made. I feel rejuvenated, I feel centered. I feel like I've come home haha. Truly Grateful for these powerful amazing women who create such encouraging places to reach fitness goals and spiritual goals. feeling blessed

    I wasn't expecting to be able to do this practice today. I have chronic joint issues which cause them to flare up multiple times a month. they hurt so badly this time around I can't stand for long periods at a time let alone use them for much. usually when this happens my go-to is very gentle yoga for these days but I followed the calendar for this month and I was pleasantly surprised at how much of this video I was able to do. I definitely had to do a few modifications but I did it and I think doing more engaging practices is very helpful when I feel this way. As always thank you so much for yet again another beautiful practice Ariene! love you lots!

    Flow 25, 42 days in a row. It's 11pm here in Germany and I had half a mind to skip today or switch to a short bedtime sequence, but was compelled to do the scheduled practice after all. Abs and core work is something I usually shy away from so I'm extra proud I stuck with this, even tho I still have a long way to go.
