Excellent quick 15 min stretch! You really hit some key areas quickly. I don't think I even looked at the screen at the end myself, lol. It was easy for me to follow just by voice.

Really good! Especially appreciate short vids like this because I would love to practice for hours everyday but in reality I'm only able to steal 15 mins here and there!
I have been trying the bloody type diet and for A+ they say slow workouts like yoga and I gotta tell you I fought and fought it but now that I have done my first yoga work out with you I am hooked so thank you so so much
Great stretch. I needed something to stretch put my tightness. As a guy that rarely stretches and has lousy flexibility I appreciate the long holds during these positions. Have you considered a series dedicated specifically to men who could and should do more stretching, that is not too complicated with advanced yoga positions?

I enjoyed this yoga stretch. I could feel my whole body become longer through each move and tension melt away. The ending was a little odd for me since I watch and listen. Maybe you could update the video to be in line with the rest of the video. I look forward to some of your other videos

I generally enjoy your style of video. However, as a beginner, I really count on the visual. Thus, the end of this video was odd for me.
