Yikes, the triangle core hold had me breathing heavily, such a difference when you lift the bottom arm up, wow! I knew that, but hadn't done it in so long...I was sweating lots after this short power, powerful flow, thanks, Erin! 🥰
Erica this is one the best classes for me, it has everything I love doing, I added some extras , shoulder stands and folds which I love 💕 this is it, I am ready for the day ,thank you
I loved the class, very powerful as you said, I managed to do all the movements apart from balancing on my arms towards the end, I have very weak wrists, thank you Erin
This was a great practice I enjoyed. There were some moves they were difficult, but I modified it that best suits my body. I do give it a try, but the body doesn't lie not to force a pose and go within your limits that's ok. Accepting where you are

Pretty sweaty (feeling every muscle) and yet fun! Wonderful! Especially love the location. I would love if you left some soft music or sound of birds at the end so I can relax fully in savasana :)
thanks for this, really pulled me back into practice after recovering from surgery! have you thought of adding a few minutes of silence at the end of the videos so that people who want to relax in the final position can do so without having the get up and pause the video or be interrupted by the next one?

just a question..if I'm congested due to a cold or allergies, am I hindering myself from not being able to breath in and out through my nose? I don't want a stuffy nose to mess with my workout and love for yoga. Thanks for any feedback.
so i have a question. i am able to connect breath to movement in the beginning of the class. but once the intensity increases i have to breath faster and cannot breath out through the nose. i cant control it because my heart rate goes up due to the intensity of workout. any tips or suggestions?
Yes! Thank you for your comment and question. I say, (in some, but not all of my classes), to follow the pace of your own breath. So, in a flowing class, you can slow your movements to match the pace of your breath. This might mean that you might not match my pace or might need to skip some postures. When I am practicing an intense vinyasa practice, I change my breath pattern to take care of myself, (an extra breath or more, or a break, for example). Pranayama, (breath work), is a practice in and of itself, so take your time and be gentle as you work toward breath to movement.

Thanks Lennie. I don't know how active your mom is, but some of the chair yoga classes are helpful with providing more support for balance.

Love your sequences but some just too hard, going from plank to boat for example or half jumps in shoulder stand.
