      Yes you can... The only thing you have to remember is to add honey after your flame is off and the oats are lukewarm

    Dates ko mashed karke kitne din rakh sakte hai? Me hostel me rehti hu to roz roz dates ko boil or mash karne me time waste hoga

      I believe weight gain and weight loss depend upon a lot of factors... But surely it is a good option to have for breakfast

      Banana and peanut butter doesn't really help in weight loss but can provide essential nutrition in your diet. The second one which is apple and cinnamon is good for weight management.

      I mean , 100g of oats have around 300 calories. So you can have 200 g of oats , one banana , some peanut butter , a little bit of some fruits. And you can easily get around 800 calories per that meal

      Well I believe weight loss and weight gain depends on a lot of factors.... As for this recipe, customize it according to your needs. You can add almond milk or roasted nuts and seeds etc.

    Having oats withour milk and sugar is great decision I always prefer oats soaked and also without milk i use rolled oats from true elements.
