ingredients
rolled oats 2 tbsp (22 gram)
almond 2 tbsp (28 gram)
dates pieces (22 gram)
milk 1 cup (250 ml)
apple 1/2 cup (105 gram)
chia seed 1/2 tbsp (4 gram)
cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp
honey 1 tbsp (15 ml)

I was diagnosed with diabetes last year and this is my breakfast everyday. I make it slightly different here is my recipe 3tbsp instant oats, half cup water and milk combined, 1tsp flaxseed powder, 5 almonds, half tsp cinnamon powder and 2dates, I boil it and have it as porridge. This has helped me to control my glucose level.

You have diabetes and eat more carbs and sugar lol why dont u eat an omelette with lots of butter ? 0 carbs 0 sugar 100% nutrition

Better to soak over night for next day.. almonds don't soak in 30min neither oats as well.. over nyt soaked almonds r very grt for body.. can add some more fruits too (optional)

We add banana, seasonal fruits too, we soak all the nuts including pista, kaju, walnut, apricot, fig, seeds mix. and oats, chia seeds previous night 😀 awesome breakfast!!! 👌😋 need to remove almond skin 🙏

Adding lots of almonds isn't the right way. 5 to 10 almonds are good enough.

I watched this video and then I made the recipe with some changes. I boiled oats and almonds in milk, left the mixture to cool down. Then I blended the oats with half apple and 1 tbsp sugar. It turned out delicious.
Almonds are better with skin off

Never take raw chia seeds..they need to absorb enough water before consumed so overnight soaking will help..apart from that a very good reciepe
