    Wellness routine:
    AM - let sunlight in the room, meditation, LED light mask, feet up on the wall, tongue scrape.
    Breakfast (whole foods like egg and fruit), walk with kids, meditation podcast if not done earlier, walk with driving gloves on.
    Make lunch, drink water 1 - w ice, amino acids, creatine, water 2 - lemon, electrolytes.
    Skincare - ice roller, sheet mask optional.
    No tech/social media in the AM.
    Optional - cold plunge/sauna.
    Coffee w raw milk.
    Work out (yoga, weights, switch it up), protein immediately after.
    Work day.
    PM - protein filled dinner. No phone during dinner. Listen to jazz music, light candles. Walk to wind down. Red lights, wind down music.
    Warm shower, body sculpter, body oil, skincare.
    Phone on airplane mode. Tell the kids a story. Read on the kindle on dark mode.
    Magnesium and tape mouth shut.
    Silk pillowcase. Facial massage w pink balls. Sleep by 8.45pm.

    i am a die hard raw milk girl and also eat ground beef bowls all the time (granted i eat carnivore 90% of time), eating this way helped me lose 72 pounds, reverse diabetes, manage PCOS and changed my life!

    Listen! I have a slightly onsessive personality and have been obsessed with scaping my tongue every morning first thing. I can't even move forward with my day before doing it... now, who knows if anything else healthy happens after that ❤

    Loving your podcasts and vibration. Really uplifting. Love the idea of this episode and the productivity one. Looking for help with finding and designing routines, rituals, and habits outside of beauty and skincare. Similar podcast ideas might be how to find what you enjoy when you aren't sure...starting from scratch with things. Examples) If you love music, but find creating playlists daunting... how to start finding the music you enjoy. How to find the workout that's right for you. How to find good brands for products, clothing, etc. How did you find the podcasts you now enjoy? If you want to unlock your creativity but feel really overwhelmed, how do you explore that? What tools might you use? How do you find great books? This stuff can keep people and has kept myself blocked in life. ❤

    Great episode!!! I absolutely loved how detailed you were about your routines Lauryn. I must admit, it wore me out just listening to your routine. I’m implementing several of your tips into my different routines. I love your different face tools & the body tool. Nothing feels better than the ice roller on your face. You are an example of a “boss babe” for sure! I hate that cheesy term but I mean it in the highest regard!! 🙌🙌🙌👏👏👏

    Mouth taping and tongue scraping changed everything for me. I can't wait to try cymbiotika. A couple of routine things that I like to add - weekly - womb steaming, moroccan bath, hair removal with clay powder - Daily/morning - warm water enemas in the morning, zencleanz enzymes before food, 2 minute chelsey jean lymphatics routine, powdered ayurvedic eyeliner which has camphor and helps get the eye parasites out of the way, chew xylitol after meals, Daily/night - warm castor oil pack or belly button oiling plus chinese detox foot pads, we love eyes teatree oil before sleep

      Yes its from Iran. Depilatory powder, stinks as much as the cream but I have sensitive skin and can apply it 'anywhere' and it works without irritation (unless I leave it on too long, three or four mins does it for me)@@Triumph7Not sure what the actual ingredients are but here in the Middle East everyone says this has been used for millenia for hair removal. Its been a life saver for me as I've been bed bound for years.

    You are one of my favorite casters. You are literally my twin lol I think it would be a great idea for the topic of women who have breast implants if it’s safe to go into sauna. Saunas are getting so popular, but so many women have breast implants, and with the plastic heating up I hear it’s not good.

    What kind of red lights do you use? I been trying to find BioRhythm Safe bulbs because a lot of red bulbs have blue light in it and they say the bio r safe one are 100% red. Also research says light from the bottom instead of over head light .

    So I couldn't get past where you start your day with letting sunlight in your room to wake up... I wake up at 4 every day and there is no sunshine to let in. So moving on...

    Speaking of some damage, what do you do? Self tanner? Or anything at all? I have been a big proponent of self tanner, thinking I was being healthy. Come to find out it’s Leiden with chemicals.
