“People are curious and curiosity is it’s own form of intelligence”
Andrew Huberman is one of the people that I admire so much , he is so intelligent and we are so lucky that people like him are giving us so much information for free.
He is the GOAT
Personally, I'd recommend sunglasses. I have friends who never wore sunglasses, and ended up with cataracts in their late 40s.
I also remember an eye doctor treating people on a remote pacific island. Guess what they tended to have high rates of? Cataracts. He was working to prevent that by giving them sunglasses.
Woke up , immediately grabbed my coffee to listen to this.🙇now mad at myself
I love that you are posting the podcast on YT.
Me too!!!
No coffee until noon, it helps avoid crashing before your peak
Since practicing the 5 second rule by Mel Robbins, I now get up at 5 am instead of 7, to be at work at 9. Proper sleep will make you a morning person
Andrew always delivers the goods. Really great episode. The questions that were asked were awesome as well. Allowed him to elaborate on some of the more complex topics. One thing that was a bit distracting was all the "shade throwing" between the couple. Must have been at least a dozen times throughout the show where they would say things like "I can't stand when he...." or "She gets so mad when I..." or "You saved our marriage when...". I guess all couples are different but I just found myself starting to laugh every time one of those comments were made. Haha!
its insane how smart Andrew is. great stuff
Wow, what a new world we live in .. a change of mind (deciding to start a podcast) in USA can have a serious positive impact in people's life in the other side of the globe! this is exactly what happen to me.
Can’t wait for part 2!!
Literally my 2 fav podcasters together!! fav ep evaaa
Really amazing and insightful episode! Would really love to have part 2 on youtube if possible and I see there are responses that this is both parts, however, pt 1 and pt 2 of the podcast episodes on Apple Podcasts are a total of almost 3 hours.
Can't wait for part two ❤️🤯
Great Episode guys, I am fully aware of these facts.

Thanks SO MUCH for your knowledge and time for Us to be REMINDED Things we CAN do to prevent problems with our eyes. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I have the same thing going on with my left eye where it feels inflamed or the there is something in it when there’s nothing in it. And also with my vision getting fuzzy, especially seeing distances and I’m afraid it’s because I have too much screen time and looking at a small phone And I don’t get daylight wondering what this dude did to his eye issue as it sounds the same thing that I’m experiencing.
I work in film and the general working premise is "don't assume the audience is dumb" aka don't spell things out for them. Let them piece it together and have that gratification. But on that note... sleep is a luxury in the ilm business
Thanks again for another riveting episode I love biology and learning, keep giving us valuable tips. Had a cold shower at the end boy it was freezing, I wanted it a few degrees cooler but somehow it went really cold, nearly put me on my arse.

The bit where he’s talking about how mouth breathers look like they’re turning into a melted candle 😂 I laughed way to hard.
I love hearing the eye story, it soooooo helped me!
Hi, what part of the eye story helped you? Thinking of trying some of these things.

camera guy here, cameras shutter speed should be double frame rate, 1/50 or 1/60. will help movement look more natural!
I love Andrew Huberman so much! I could literally marry him, he is so gracious and charming and intelligent and benevolent. ❤
1:03:25 „so I‘ll just breathely describe…“ ;)
Are you posting pt2 on here too?
Where can I find pt.2?
Where’s part two?!
I don’t use sunscreen unless I’m out all day on the water
This guy is one of a kind. Wow. Is he real?
This is so informative! Great guest!
You guys really should have his friend Ali in podcast ! She sounds awesome - especially her experiments about mind/body connection !

Blink! Blink, Blnk ❤ CHOOSE to LOOK UP & LOOK FAR AWAY!!! LOOK SIDE TO SIDE exercises daily!!! ❤❤❤❤😊😊😊
There is some good natural deodorants, I use the Routine brand 💜✨
My mom sent me Lume. Awful. Would NOT recommend. It’s sticky and for some reason I feel like it changed the way my natural pH smells. I preferred Doug deodorant if any.
Very stressful to hear that sleep is the most important health function … my system is able to sleep only 3/4hour per night I wake up at 2-3am and can’t get back to sleep … please make him talk about insomnia and what can we do to break the sleep anxiety …
I had the same issue for years. What time do you wake up? What time do you exercise? What is your routine like?
As females, our hormones and biochemistry is much different than males. And so certain things are huge sleep, disruptors for females, especially when that cortisol spikes. For me, now it doesn’t even matter if I have coffee late in the afternoon or early evening, as long as I get a good workout in and sweat followed by lots of stretching and deep breathing and making sure I eat a certain diet before bed, I can sleep. But when I go off of that or other things in my life, and waking up . Getting poor sleep and then having the caffeinate the entire next day. Thus continuing the cycle.
where can i watch part 2?
Blue Light cell phone screens KILL !
What is a STIGMATISM ???
Shape???😮😮😮😢😊 ❤
Where is part 2 of this podcast?
There is no part 2, this is the full episode. The audio version of it was uploaded as two episodes, the video version contains both sections!
Also we made the change to remove the mention of it being a 2 part episode from the description because it was incorrect! Thank you for letting us know! Thank you for listening!!
what eye cream is michael using??

It's so interesting to see Huberman in all pink/girly theme/aesthetics after only seeing him in all black 😂😂
Ha I can’t believe I didn’t even notice
Going to the DENTIST for a cleaning and exam. Terror & high blood pressure happens . Need some trick for calming heart & mind???? Help.
Me too
I will be living at the Dentist for the next six months with all of the work they have to do. Breath work helps for me! I must do deep stretching with breath work to calm myself down.
😷🖤🖤
Part 2?
This is both parts! We will update the thumbnail to reflect that.
It still ends when he starts talking about how we can live with higher levels of adrenaline in our system…
🤯🤯🤯🤯
Where is part 2?
The video for this is both part 1 and 2 combined! We will update the image to remove the pt.1 part!
@@TheSkinnyConfidentialit’s cuts off at the end like is just part one
@@TheSkinnyConfidential what did you do to get rid of that eye inflammation! I am experiencing the same thing and it is driving me crazy. Been going on for a couple months now.
Every dermatologist (especially in Australia) cringing at the fact that he doesn’t wear SPF 😮
My ex fiancé was born in 1985 and he started consuming forms of p*rn from the age of 12. He physically couldn’t maintain an erection into adult hood (even at 35) as it turned into a full blown addiction. It spiralled into many other areas of his life (like any addiction).
There’s definitely more accessibility to it now, but I think it’s been an issue for years, it was just harder.
Do you think people in africa, the jungle, etc wear sunscreen? I mean the average people who lived there and their ancestors? I m from morocco...my family lives there on the farms always outside...never heard of spf
Question:
27:00 should we not hit the gym in the morning? Since that decreases cortisol
Not using sunscreen is wild!
If your i.q. is less than 10 , you might get something out of thist podcast (?). Love you all good luck . 😢
Haha well you’re speaking to 90% of the population I guess. We are surrounded by a league of morons.
Eat Clean!!!! Fresh friuts & vegetables & Fish & FARM Animals, Eggs, RAW CHEESES.. 😅😂😊❤
DRINK Plenty of Clean filtered H20. WATER. 😅😅😅😂😂😂 64 oz. Or more. Keep HYDRATED daily. 🥰🥰🥰👍👍👍👍👍
Eat like a SHARK ! Live like a wild LION !!!!
Ok so you need to do little more research, light eyes reflect light and dark eyes attract! Black attracts and light reflects! I have dark brown eyes and have to wear sunglasses all the time as my daughter has light green eyes and never wears sunglasses! Oh I live in Florida!
I live in Florida and have dark brown eyes and I hate wearing sunglasses. Only if I get up too early in the morning and don’t want that light to trigger me before my normal bedtime.
Let’s not JUMP at every opportunity to demonize teachers, Andy. They get enough grief without your two cents. 👍🏼👍🏼
Sift workers are die-ing at an alarming rate . So sad .
Really where did you come up with this?
@@HH-gv8mx research studys now show . You can Google it . Eyes mind heart and soul wide open. NO FEAR ! Decentralization! Don't die !
Hey A drew , please get some sun buddy go outside . The MATRIX got you ! $$$$$$.
Andrew you’re ready to date me. Let’s do it.
It’s odd to see him in a girly setting lol
Blah blah blah blah blah. Same s....t
Ironic he uses no deodorant and Lume deodorant is a sponsor. Yikes
Lume is super gross. My mom bought it for me and sent it in a package. I tried it. It’s very sticky and it made me smell different than my normal scent. I prefer nothing at all or wearing dove.
