  • Today we're sitting down with Jordan Harper, Board Certified Nurse Practitioner, Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist, and the founder and CEO of Barefaced. Barefaced is a medical grade skincare line that she started after treating 1000's of patients and seeing firsthand their confusion and frustration when selecting skincare products. This company is paving a new way in the skincare industry by simplifying skincare. Their goal is long term skin health, which is why their products are formulated to be the foundation of your everyday skincare routine. Today Jordan joins us to discuss all things skincare, motherhood, entrepreneurship and more. She gets into her mission behind Barefaced & what qualities make an amazing injector & business owner. She also discusses all things skin and gives tips on how to have the best skin of your life, what ingredients you should be using and how to do your research when it comes to skincare.

Never heard of this brand but excited to try their stuff. She sounds like put a lot of heart + passion into her brand which is important. It seems like everyone is coming out with a skincare line just to make a buck (*cough* JLo *cough) so it's nice to see a line with integrity behind it.

I just love my skinny confidential time and Jordan could well be your most informative regarding skincare and what to take. She just understands the assignment 😉🫵

Following now as well. I just recently purchased ZO Skin health by Zein Obagi MD complexion pads. Would I be able to use both? Or do they essentially do the same thing? Praying to win the whole line as I am a law student paying her own way after going back at 34 years old! I would be so appreciative. Thank you for this episode and as always, “Stay the F*** out of the Sun”! ❤❤❤

Wow the ingredients in many of these products are kind of garbage.... I can't believe this price point too. I can't take this woman seriously

“Fit 8 hours of work into 4” I would love to but I am an hourly employee and don’t get to pick how long I’m at work everyday 😂😂

That mentality is why I won’t go to hairdressers anymore. And I cut my own hair. I think it’s fine if the stylist or injector wants to give the client advice but unless I’m asking to do something that will look absolutely horrible (I.e bad hair color, going from butt length to butch cut overnight or MASSIVE lips from nothing etc)., but at the end of the day, it’s my hair & my face (for the record I don’t do anything to my face but maybe one day I will do PRF or something idk).

I was quite disappointed with this episode. I was looking forward to an in-depth discussion on her journey and achievements. However, the content primarily focused on her children and time management. A more fitting title for this episode would be "Balancing Parenthood and Professional Life."

Hi Jordan! I wonder if you could recommend a powerhouse of a product ~ 2nd career RN, 45 y/o and contemplating ICU, nights. You know how the hospital is: so dry, no sunlight, stress and a circadian rhythm nightmare! I’ve been using Primally Pure and it’s okay, I’m trying to give the product some more time before deciding yay or nay. My grandma is part Japanese and she has beautiful skin (she’s almost 100!) so I hoped I’d hit the genetic jackpot but NOPE 😊 I’m not on social media so I’m unable to follow you on Instagram, but will definitely be checking out your website.
PS ~ loved Michaels facial and Lauren, your hair is always pretty but the darker color is stunning!
