Thanks. Great use of vice grips! I always do these chores when no one else is around to help! One suggestion: Take photos to refer back to when taking things apart ! That way you'll be able to put them back together correctly :)
Great video. I turned off the cold water supply and the leak stopped. So that is the issue, not the hot. Ordered a 2 pack from Amazon. Will just use the hot water until I can fix it. I think we have 3 Delta faucets like this one. So, I will need more than 1, eventually.
Great video, very helpful. Thank you! It would be helpful if you can include the Home Depot and Amazon link to the replacement part in your video description (I know you included the part number on the video for a brief moment).
Be ready to replace the shut-off valve too... When you shut off the water under the sink, chances are good it will start to leak... I'm 4 for 4. Best Regards...
Great video! Question, I have a leak from the hot water line where both water lines meet at the T junction before going up into the faucet. What is that called so I can replace it?
Could be the inside rubber piece worn as shown here just that it leaks through bottom due to possible loosened lock nut or you have alot of build up within the ports and water is leaking through least path of resistance while opened. Either way sounds like it needs taken apart to clean or replace. My 2 cents not a professional
Most thorough repair vid on this subject and no fat fingers in front of the camera! Thank you
Thank you for your kind comment 🙏

Handles leak??? Learn something new every day!
Does the cartridge have a part number on it so I can buy it ahead of time?
The rubber seal does not go in first. video marker 6:08
Went back the same way it came out.
He showed you the correct way in the video.. might not have worded it correctly when he was taking it apart
What if its actually leaking from the faucet itself at the base, not the handles? I can't figure out where its coming from...
On my cold water side water is dripping under the sink when the handle is turned on.
It drips directly from under the mounting nut. Any idea why?

Doesn't Delta replace the cartridges and the spring without charge?
Yes they do
You get the cartridge for free as it is a life time warranty!!!
If you call delta they will send you all the parts for free. Delta has a lifetime warranty on all their faucets. Good luck
Very true! I received 3 sets, left and right stem replacements for free!! And the faucets were 18 years old.
Call manufacturer free seat and springs and cartridge for original owner
They don’t come off like that
