Okay! Beyond thank you. Just got into the Green Smoothie thing! So, I didn't have flaxseed, cauliflower, Spirulina, and didn't want to do the butter ... but I did use Power Greens with everything else and BAM! Delish!

I made a rlly delicious one with 3 bananas 2 handfuls of spring green mix (which is different types of greens but u can add spinach instead) half. Cucumber and 1 pear
It has lots of vitamin c and folic acid which is rlly good for clear skin and tastes amazing with no cauliflower or any unnecessary powders

Finally made this. Conclusion: my blender does not blend enough to hide the pieces of spinach, giving the smoothie a funny texture. Didn't have spirulina, ginger or ground flax seed (only whole, which wouldn't have blended well either..) and left out the cauliflower. Still very delicious and nutricious I think! Thank you for the recipe! Greetings from Belgium

Looks great and would love to add it to my breakfast especially when I don't eat much before work. Would this smoothie work to be made the night before and then taken to work the next morning? Running the blender in the morning for me is not always an option 😁

I use banana and some unsweetened chocolate with stevia and strawberries for mine. I also add flaxseed and chia seeds for fiber.
for my green smoothie i use frozen mango, banana, frozen spinach, parsley, frozen apple (only a little), hemp seeds, flax seeds, chia seeds, lemon juice, oranges and water 😅😅 i know that's a lot but it's soooo good

I love spinach, blueberries and cinnamon in almost all of my smoothies! Sometimes mix it up with other berries in there or banana instead! All about the veggies though!! 😋🥒🥦🥬

I like to use mixed greens, small amount of mixed fruit (I use stevia for extra sweetness), chia seeds, hemp hearts, almond milk, coconut water if I have, sometimes a spoon of nut butter.

My personal fave smoothie is to take a handful of spinach, a stock of kale and a stock of cellary, and blend it with a tiny bit of orange juice. When it's blended, i add half a cup each of frozen mango and pineapple, and for superfoods; a mango/passionfruit proteinpowder, a tablespoon of chiaseeds, maca powder, lucuma powder, matcha and spirulina and then blend. It's the creamiest most delicious green smoothie and it makes me feel amazing in the morning!

I always add frozen bananas, vanilla or chocolate vegan protein powder and spinach to any smoothie I make! I usually turn them into smoothie bowls 😊

I definitely need to work on lowering my sugar in my smoothies. Although it’s natural sugars from fruit, I can feel a slight crash before lunch.
Its so easy to over do it with the fruit so I really try to limit it

Ive wanted to get back to making smoothies but I have a hard time with it because I can only eat 1 dl of fruit in one serving since Im overly sensitive to fructose. Any tips?
I would try more frozen veggies like cauliflower, zucchini, butternut squash. You can def make fruit free smoothies.. Maybe I should post a recipe on one soon! Check out my unexpected veggie smoothie recipes that are in the smoothie playlist and on the blog.

Green just looks wrong to me. I really don't want anything green in my life until lunchtime. Any suggestions on making orange / yellow / reddish versions?
What's your opinion on adding vodka / gin / whiskey / brandy etc. on those mornings when you need some extra gas in the tank, to get the old junker going? :)

Er, no, not a troll. Genuinely looking for something to get me going before my shift. My colleagues got me into coke. But our dealer got busted over the holidays and we can't cope. Management thinks we're all depressed and has scheduled counselling. Someone came up with the idea of making alcoholic smoothies and a few days later, between online gaming and cards to help pass the time on duty, I found this YT account. Half the controllers I ever worked with, work drunk. A monkey could do the job. It's the acute boredom that causes the stress.

It was a pretty small knob but I guess a lot to some people I add this amount all the time haha I use organic ginger which has a more delicate taste then conventional ones but you could use less

no I like to use baby spinach because the ones that are frozen have a much stronger taste but I guess you could try it too

May i gently recommend everything raw is washed with lemon and/or hot water for at least 1 minute - (not just water wash)- to avoid the guaranteed parasites and diarhea from drinking these. Also use organic - and still wash well to remove pesticides (even bio/organic has pesticides)
Coconut water, frozen mangoes, pineapple, bananas and spinach
Banana, Spinach, and Oats and Peanut Butter for a little extra sweetness.

It tastes of nothing. I detect no mango or banana. There's an aftertaste of cinnamon, peanut butter and ginger, though. Very strange. 2/10.
