This VP OCTANIUM WORKS ! I USE THE RACING FORMULA FOR OFF ROAD USE plus I'm running 100 octane 76 gas at 10 dollars a gallon . Makes my 69 chevelle run the best it's ever ran!!!!!

I honestly wouldn't mind a auto so my wife could drive it. Guess she is just gonna have to learn manual if she wants to drive it LOL. Autos have a benefit for sure but they have their set backs as well.

I worked for VP racing fuels a few years ago here in San Antonio, their products work
Yea indeed! I get a lot of people saying that they will damage plugs, Catalytic converters and i never had that happen yet so i guess we will see.
@@TexasHondaChannel probably the same dumbasses running booster in cars that take 87 with no tune causing the fuel to burn improperly, sending too much unburnt fuel through the whole time

It of people read too much into max HP. The curve looks alot better. Making power gains throughout.
Just built a 383. Thing knocks so bad on 91 i limped it home and let it sit. I tried a can in my tank, and wow. Its got 36° of timing in it and i cant hear any audible knock anymore. I used the purple can and it does leave your plugs orangish brown colored.
Very impressive for a simple bottle of rocket fuel.

Still worth it in my opinion. The safety of the engine is more important. Granted I’m always broke but still lol.

These Acura cars need at least 95 octane. It sucks when you go back to 93 after using the boosters. Car begins to feel abit sluggish. It can get very addictive using boosters.
For the last 8 months, with 93 octane from any gas station you can think of here in Texas is Texas, My not correction value on my FBO ISF was down at 8.9 when it's supposed to be up above 20 and I thought somthing was terribly wrong with my car and couldn't figure it out. I changed out all kinds of parts, fuel pump, all my spark plugs, all my coil pack... nothing worked.. I even put my headers on a couple months back with the RRRacing tune and finally running yumed with full bolt ons still my numbers were low af. And still couldn't figure it out still knock correction values down to 8.9. Long story short I used the VP octanium with the green label that's safe for the 02 sensors and it put my knock correction value up in the mid twenties so now it's running proper and fast af.

Try the purple one +8 octane
You wanna make some cheap race gas... hit up Sherwin Williams and grab yourself some toluene. With the 93 and the right amount of toluene you'll be right around 100 octane. It works. Mixed some up a bunch of times back in the day. If you can advance the timing, you can take advantage of it.

@@TravisTellsTruths I usually do about 15-20% on a small amount of fuel and it definitely wakes it up. It's around 117octane and similar energy output as gasoline so you don't need more fuel system. F1 cars basically ran on it back in the 90s/early 2000s.
Use some Lucas or something for lubrication as it's a "dryer fuel" in stronger concentrations.

It says on the can 32 oz treats 10 gallons of gas but then says only use 2.6 oz per 10 gallons for vehicles that have emission control devices? How much VP did you put in your gas tank?

Never mind u just answered that n this video. Lmao. Good #s tho.
Yup try to answer as many questions before i get them lol. The decapped were only at 50% duty cycle at 7,500rpm 5psi so i can go even higher on boost soon.

I am pretty sure the millage is higher because the injector times are smaller after decaping and maybe the tuner didn't changed the injector size so the computer thinks he is injecting less fuel than the reality. You should calculate the gas millage when you top the gas tank at the station and reset the trip distance
It’s all changed in the computer btw. Ima monitor milage with each fill up

J35 from the Honda Odyssey. I thought they were the same but turns out the 3.7 is bigger for sure but the J35 intake manifold did give me 6whp over the factory.

How much boost were the runs? When will swap you a smaller pulley and send it hard?
It’s a daily im sending it hard already lol 😂 it’s at 5psi at 7,500rpm if you watch close to the datalog of the Dyno pull

@@mihailpetrovici5044 they can handle power for sure but my supercharger can’t put out more than 8psi max it’s a m62 kinda small but will still throw down 400whp easy and I’ll be more than happy with that.

I'm no tuning expert so maybe my thought process is incorrect but it seems to me your test method is extremely flawed. I'm not saying the VP doesn't work. I just don't know if this test proves that it does... On the baseline(no VP) if you didn't advance timing until the point of knock you don't know how far you could have taken it. For all we know timing could have been advanced to the same point without the VP, not had knock, and made the same exact power. Am I wrong?

Tons of small body damage whoever painted it this color (Wasn't the factory paint) did a terrible job even some runs, They didn't blend colors on hood and fender its bad. Either way i wanted a black Acura TL so ima make it black. It will look good trust me. When it comes together it will make sense.
