I’d love to see an updated video on your Notion workflow! Your past walkthroughs have been so helpful, and I'm looking for fresh ideas on improving my own Content Creation Workflow. Have you made any recent changes or discovered new features that you’d recommend? An updated work through of your notion look would be super valuable!
Some of my best yoga sessions have been hot yoga, with intensely loud upbeat music and laughing and singing with everyone in the class. When he said all this I gasped.
The 4th and last video off the series, the series is coming to an end. This series was a masterpiece, I would love Ali for making another series like this
It's a really good episode of his podcast too! Like, you don't usually listen to a podcast where you're hearing things you want to apply to your everyday life every 5 minutes, especially not with an hour and a half episode haha
Thanks so much for filming this series! I’ve been struggling with my mental health lately and I’m also a nurse practitioner so combining evidence with simple tips is exactly what I need! 👏🏾👏🏾
hey man thank you so much for this series would love a video that explains a healthy daily routine with all the small things incorporated But thank you so much for taking the time and effort to make this possible its really helped out how I do tasks in my day to day life and keep my health in check through all the work

Thank you for everything you brought to this too! I really loved both the Deep Dive podcast ep and this video series with the extra studies and content going through it. The attitude of " it doesn't have to feel this way and you _can_ fix it if you're willing to put in the work " is a really inspiring one, and I felt like I was getting usable actionable information basically constantly throughout the entire series. Like, as an example, I've heard _so_ many times that you shouldn't use your phone first thing etc etc, but the way you put it really helped me understand more of a justification for _why_, and that personally makes a big difference in terms of motivation for me. Glad I saw you in the comments so I could thank you personally, because the mental model of starting to address dopamine regulation that you presented genuinely helped some pieces click into place, and I really appreciate both the information you brought and how well you presented it! really good stuff :)
Awesome series, I appreciate you making videos like these! If you could do a deep dive on nutrition next that would be great 🙏 I've always wanted to learn more about this topic but it feels inaccessible with so many differing opinions, would be nice to have a practical yet scientific take on it
Loved this series! Thank you Ali and Team! The Deep Dive Podcast and this UA-cam series really helped me understand my habits more fully! Building good and solid habits has now become more enjoyable and sustainable! So grateful for your work! ❤
The algorithm brought your dopamine video to me and I loved it. So many things I am struggling with and some real, actionable steps towards improvement. Obviously I’m now interested in the rest of your DOSE series but I had to stop the video and leave a comment because I have just tried VoicePal and it’s EXACTLY what I need just now. I haven’t even watched to the end of the video yet, I was too excited and wanted to leave a comment. I know this level of gushing sounds like some shopping channel sales pitch, obviously you and your team will know this comment isn’t generated or solicited by you but for anyone reading this I just really, REALLY wanted to share how excited I am with the potential for what I can create. I struggle with writing and sitting down to focus so being able to get a polished looking draft from a voice note is just the perfect solution for me. Absolutely love it. Just using the free 24 hour trial at the moment, fully intend to subscribe but have to wait till payday (lol there’s your dose of reality right there). So thanks for the video series and well done with the app. Look forward to using it frequently.
thank you for this amazing series to regain our focus ,hoping for a series focuses on how to build a healthy lifestyle mainly focuses on exercise and mindset of a physically fit person
It's actually crazy how timely Ali's videos are - no joke, there's been over 10 times where the video he has uploaded is relevant to whats going on right now in my life There may be some sort of cognitive bias, but still an interesting phenomenon! Anyway, thanks for the content as always Ali
Really enjoyed watching this series. Each video broke down information really well and gave me so many ideas about what I want to implement in my life. Thank you! 🙏🏼
Hi @aliabdaal im a Grade 10 learner from South Africa i have watched a lot of your videos on studying i know i should do active re call and spaced rep and that i should first understand and not just memorize. But i feel it hard to apply i know what to do just don't know how to apply it. Can you pleas make a step by step guide to study like a guide that you say what to do and how to apply it please. Keep up the work man appreciate you alot❤
Question: I am quite sure that a tip in the Dopamine video was to take a cold shower for a few seconds. But this video suggests heat exposure. So when should we get heat exposure and when should we do the cold showers…?
Will the videos be dubbed into Arabic? In fact, there are many videos that I cannot watch because of this, especially the video for the Anki application. Thanks
At 9:58 in the video, there’s a new skin on your MacBook! Is this a collaboration with dbrand? Any details you can share? It looks subtle yet exciting-I’m a big fan of dbrand and can’t wait for a fresh, feel-good skin!
The second point, about heat exposure, maybe that's why people in tropical countries (Brazilian speaking here) tend to be happier and more lighthearted in general
With due respect, I sometimes wonder why people are scared of FBI or the police😅? This is a genuine question I'm honestly curious, like here in AUS , police officers standing on the street are not different to anyone else to me when I'm not speeding 😮 . What can they do to me when I haven't done something wrong right ?😂
Bah, when is exercise supposed to give me dopamine? I'm old and my back hurts and stretching sucks and doing push-ups and crunches doesn't make me feel any better at all, and I did it first thing in the morning instead of phone... Which immediately started ringing mid push up with obligations eesh
I feel more stressed after a workout, but creatine helps, I hate exercise for this I never feel good after a long walk to the supermarket or thorough clean up of the apartment, I think the whole endorphin for stress relief is fake or at least not applicable to anyone but teens or very young adults (at 25 all exercise is hard)
These are all interesting ways to lower stress, but these types of videos often overlook the causes of stress. Why is stress there in the first place? Some people can have trauma and very sensitive stress systems always in going in the red, for basically nothing. It is like mopping the floor while the tap is still running.
singing, hmm, that's probably why most filipinos are not depressed, even with all the natural calamities, economic and political issues that we have, cause we love to sing! LOL
Ah I guess we are going with the clickbait thumbnails now. Is that supposed to show that "more activation bad"? Because it feels like a doctor should know that's not how it works. Edit: also might be worth being upfront with people that dose lab is not a lab that publishes research but tells people their book will change their lives. What happened Ali? I used to love your videos when you actually focused on the research..

I enjoyed this series. Thanks ali! ❤

Doing yoga in the sauna while singing and laughing hysterically. Got it.
😂 so creative combined all in one .Please updated us ur progress and outcomes , pretty curious .
Some of my best yoga sessions have been hot yoga, with intensely loud upbeat music and laughing and singing with everyone in the class. When he said all this I gasped.
1) Walk- runs
2) Heat therapy
3) Song habits -singing or listening to music
4) laughter
5) Yoga= ups-downs & twists
I love this series it gives me an insight into my own emotions and has inspired me to be mindful about it.
The 4th and last video off the series, the series is coming to an end. This series was a masterpiece, I would love Ali for making another series like this
Yep I agree, a fantastic series of videos
It's a really good episode of his podcast too! Like, you don't usually listen to a podcast where you're hearing things you want to apply to your everyday life every 5 minutes, especially not with an hour and a half episode haha
The importance of sleep cannot be overstated! I've started prioritizing my sleep schedule and noticed a huge difference in my stress levels.
Thanks so much for filming this series! I’ve been struggling with my mental health lately and I’m also a nurse practitioner so combining evidence with simple tips is exactly what I need! 👏🏾👏🏾
I love this because all of the options are very 'human' things to do. Laughing, singing, moving our bodies!
hey man thank you so much for this series would love a video that explains a healthy daily routine with all the small things incorporated But thank you so much for taking the time and effort to make this possible its really helped out how I do tasks in my day to day life and keep my health in check through all the work

Doing Suryanamaskar in morning with 5 rep is the best yoga/stretching keeping it simple and effective.

Impressive how Ali published this video while I was editing mine with the same topic 😂. A good sign it seems.
Thanks Ali as always for your content
Really enjoyed watching this series. Each video broke down information really well and gave me so many ideas about what I want to implement in my life. Thank you! 🙏🏼
Perfect timing to upload this, Ali! This is going to help me power through all the grad apps. 💕💕
This video alone, especially your laugh made my mood, thanks man❤
I loved this series, it helped me accept some things and really try to get some changes in my routine made
Love all these take aways, but my favorite one is that Winnie-the-Pooh's morning exercise routine is scientifically proven to lift your mood.
Watching this from Tanzania !!!

Stress can actually be a blessing if you embrace it as a part of life.
What really makes the difference is that it's not chronic.
Ali your content is wonderful. I enjoy it all
Love this series
Ignore the haters bro. I enjoy your content!
Question: I am quite sure that a tip in the Dopamine video was to take a cold shower for a few seconds. But this video suggests heat exposure. So when should we get heat exposure and when should we do the cold showers…?
You have your answer within the question, To release Endorphins -> Hot shower , To release Dopamine -> Cold shower
Great series! When do we get to hear you sing?
I loved this video😊
Amazing 🤩 thank so much
Magnificent series 😍
lessgoooo time to take notesss again

perhaps it's just me who finds the background music distracting given the generally fast narration of ali 😬
Great video! But why do you havr two watches...
Tanzanians gather here🇹🇿🇹🇿🇹🇿 hadzabe to the world😊
Runners high is due to endocannabinoids , Anandamide
I'm stressed, about being stressed
The second point, about heat exposure, maybe that's why people in tropical countries (Brazilian speaking here) tend to be happier and more lighthearted in general
In America, instead of a bear, pretend it’s the FBI, CIA, IRS, DOJ chasing you down. Oh, you’ll run.
With due respect, I sometimes wonder why people are scared of FBI or the police😅? This is a genuine question I'm honestly curious, like here in AUS , police officers standing on the street are not different to anyone else to me when I'm not speeding 😮 . @ Well. When parents go to a PTA meeting to complain about curriculum and end up on an FBI terrorist watchlist that is scary.
Love❤

“Exercise gives you endorphins. Endorphins make you happy. Happy people just don't shoot their husbands, they just don't” - Elle Woods, Legally Blonde
i just started a youtube channel a few days back, hop it goes well ( this channel will hopefully help me a lot)
How do we not mention cold water immersion
I feel more stressed after a workout, but creatine helps, I hate exercise for this I never feel good after a long walk to the supermarket or thorough clean up of the apartment, I think the whole endorphin for stress relief is fake or at least not applicable to anyone but teens or very young adults (at 25 all exercise is hard)
Ali, not everyone is able experience runner’s high, unfortunatey. :)
How you edit your UA-cam videos
If you start to sprint randomly, or sing randomly, know that "no one cares" is wrong. I will care. I will take offence. Thanks.
Super
