So true. We are blind to what goes on behind the scenes and focus too much on the things we see in public which are simply byproducts of the years of hard work.

Kicked out at 18, cancer at 19-22! Severely depressed & currently 22 & no education or career experience under my belt & im constantly stressing that I’m so so behind as most my hs classmates have graduated college by now! Thank you for this video, it’s never too late to get up! What I’ve learned most is that Health is Definitely wealth! I’m made fun of for saying that but those who do that have yet to run into issues with their health & just seem to think they’re invincible bc they’re young. Started dating my now fiancé at 15, he continued on to college & then PT school & is about to be a doctor of physical therapy soon 😅meanwhile I’m just starting to begin my journey of what I’m doing now! He’s my biggest supporter & always has been, but it’s definitely hard when those around me seem so ahead! Definitely a ramble & rant here but again thank you for posting this video! Idk how it came across my feed but I do know WHY! I needed it!
Thank you for this. I turn 31 next month and feel like I’ve just opened my eyes and mind to see this new path for myself. Getting out of corporate and back into creative mode. Already feeling more of an appetite for life. Excited to come back to this a year from now.
Struggling with the so much. I’m 25, single, and seeing all my friends move away and get engaged or at least in serious relationships. I want a relationship so bad and have done so much work on myself, it’s frustrating seeing others with something I want so bad. I don’t like my job and it feels like life has just turned into the same thing over and over and I don’t find nearly the joy that I used to. Idk I feel so incredibly stuck but I know I’m not. I just have to decide to change and get better for myself. It starts with being comfortable on my own which is my biggest struggle, I fill all my time with friends or a distraction from being alone, even though I’ve lived alone for over a year now I’m still afraid to actually spend time alone and feel like I’m just wasting away my life and prime of my 20s. I just need renewed excitement and hope in my life.

@@Greenlights111 I know. Same. That's how i ended up in this situations. You are really young, you still have time. Don't compare your life to others. A partner will not save your life. “tying your emotional wellbeing to future outcomes will cause you to live as if you’re never going to die, and then you will die, never having truly lived” this is the most profound message i’ve ever heard
Wow, this was such an insightful and eye-opening video! As someone in their 20's, I really appreciate your perspective and wisdom. Definitely taking these life lessons to heart. Thank you!
I'm 40 now and glad I've been on the right path in many ways. Life gets in the way here and there but that's part of life. Enjoy every minute and make sure your daily job is something you love. Prioritize family as well.
i used 18 minutes of today to learn this video 😆 def was very validating to hear a lot of things I'm already doing be mentioned in the video. I'm 22, and though I still live with my parents and unemployed at the moment, I've been living with full intent for almost 3 years in helping out with parents businesses and perfecting my own craft. If I compare myself to my past self, the tremendous growth really is insane. For me the thing that worked the best, that was also in the video, was to work backwards. Set a goal, to achieve this goals, I'd need to hit these targets, break those targets down to each day, break each day down to working blocks. Freakin awesome sauce. I'm gonna clean my room now though cuz I do need to declutter my working space haha
Honestly, I‘m turning 42 in a few weeks and witnessing other people aging, this advise would even be useful for a lot of people no matter the age. Wisdom comes with personal development, not years on the clock
I just turned 30 and i went through such a big life change with my father dying last year. Everything has shifted, but i feel like i will be OK, and i am hopeful for life again 😊
What a wonderful way to remind ourselves that the only thing we can control is our actions and reactions. Thank you for sharing your wisdom and experience. Intentionality has been a key driving principle I live by daily. Combined with Stoicism, I think I became a better person. It started from within, self-love, appreciate and for my spouse unconditionally, switch careers, speak publicly/social media, drop 15% in weight to be healthy, improve relationship with my parents, sleep well, got comfortable with letting go of acquaintances and focusing on 2 friends and my family, became a sourdough baker, resumed 30km jogging weekly, and just more emotionally intelligent towards people. I still need to work on building my craft in the new industry, develop relationships, improve my sense of compassion, public speaking, listening, and so much more. Subscribed ❤
I am in my 20's and your video will actually change my life, I was doing many wrong things without even realising, I wasted my time doing wrong things that would not even bring me 1% closer to my goals I've promised. Thank you
Finally a "clickbait" title that lives up to the promise. You never know what you'll get on the internet. 30 years old here. Excellent wisdom. Love your clarity. Thank you.
Tip 19 - Don't fear failure. Fear regret & 14 - Not everyone will like you. These 2 really resonated with me because I feel like im in a season of my life where I'm changing, shedding my old self to grow into someone better and by doing so I've set out goals and envisioning what I want. But what I want comes with risks that I have to be willing to take. I've always been a risk taker because I rather live my life with more regrets taking action, than being inactionable because I want to tell my future kids and past self about all the crazy stories and the roller coaster of a journey my life was. But I also sometimes am binded by the perception of others and especially on myself for not being where I want to be. But I believe that being patient and keep pushing through if you have the will to endure the hardships of the journey you plan to go will be the main factor to getting where you need to be
I just woke up from a scary dream on my life. You're the first video I watched. THANK YOU FOR THIS INTEGRITY AND HONESTY!!!!!!!!!! I'm so grateful right now ❤

"How you do things everyday is how you do things for the rest of your life ". I even wrote it down on my whiteboard. I'm gonna live by this quote. It touched me so deep I even paused the video to really meditate on that thought. Beautiful stuff. Thanks man
Watching this 17 mins 43 seconds video is better than reading 18 self-help books. Thank you for your advice. It really gave me some insights. But what I have reservation about is the advice of taking risk and stepping out of comfort zone. To me, if it is the way of your life, it will be very okay to avoid taking risk and stay in the comfort zone.
I turned 27 last week and it has been very hard to look back at my life not knowing where my twenties have gone. I feel like I haven’t achieved anything meaningful and I’ve been stuck at a 9-6 for the last 3 years and a half going into 4. I feel like my best years are gone and my time is ticking before I’m out of my twenties. I want nothing more than to leave my current job because I’m not passionate and I’m working for someone else’s dream and not my own, getting home when the sun is almost going down and watching my stay at home dad with dementia get older and not being able to spend more time with him. I have no direction about my future or what I want to build, what my gifts or talents are. I feel like the years are going by in a blink of an eye and I get overwhelmed at the thought of not having an answer, and not having a direction that gives me purpose and time freedom, while being challenged with getting out of the bad habits that keep me stuck further more.
I'm sorry about what happened to your father. I guess each one needs to duel on their own time. Don't rush that up. Don't beat yourself up because of societies expectations in life. You still a young woman. You can find your way to happiness, but is hard to find what passionates that heart when is broken. So take your time. 🫂🫂🫂
nah i got friends doing their dreams at 35 for a living and we all go out dancing and have fun, sometimes i feel like im older than them cuz they got more energy. i think sometimes im just lazy and then get sad about being lazy so then its a cycle i stay in. its hard to pull urself out of it but sometimes only you can get yourself out.
Those magic words that you said literally transform my mind! I'm 19 and I'll make sure that I will climb the right mountain and leave no regrets! Cheers to anyone who wants to change their life! Good luck to our journey🥂🙌

My biggest mistake was never believing in myself. As a medically disabled veteran, I believed my life was over and my confidence was shattered. I’m 23 so whenever I feel down and depressed, I remember how far I’ve come, the literal hills I’ve conquered during my time in the Army, and remember that everything will be alright. As a buddy of mine would say, “I’m not six feet under so I must be great.”

So true. We are blind to what goes on behind the scenes and focus too much on the things we see in public which are simply byproducts of the years of hard work.

I just need renewed excitement and hope in my life.

i used 18 minutes of today to learn this video 😆 def was very validating to hear a lot of things I'm already doing be mentioned in the video.

What small steps can you start taking outside your 9-6 that will help you eventually create an exit route to something more fulfilling?
I'm sorry about what happened to your father. I guess each one needs to duel on their own time. Don't rush that up. Don't beat yourself up because of societies expectations in life. You still a young woman. You can find your way to happiness, but is hard to find what passionates that heart when is broken. So take your time. 🫂🫂🫂
