I like lamp chops too. Salmon. Chicken. Ground beef. I love how u said the butcher adds organ meats in the ground beef. Will do this now. I do like organ meat but seems to not want to eat it alone. But mixing it in the ground beef is brilliant.
I am like Beckett. My dad was feeding me ribs at ten months old. There are so many pictures of me with little to no teeth eating ribs and corn on the cob. No baby food in that house. This was 32 years ago but I am always proud that my parents fed me what they were eating.
I am doing a 90 day Carnivore trial after years of Keto( might go longer) while Mr eats Keto. I’ve found it’s easy to cook for both of us at the same time. Just made a Venison meatloaf ( Mr got 2 this season) that was perfect! I used pork rinds, eggs, seasoning, heavy cream plus 2 lbs of ground venison. I have no issues w/dairy or spices.
My favorite lately has been a burger layered with bacon and cheese… Ribeyes with salt and butter is my all time favorite. Monthly I make chicken salad with sour cream, cheddar, and bacon and put it on pork rinds. Lastly chicken with no sugar added BBQ sauce layered with bacon and cheddar.

Taco bowl OR tacos with shells made from cheese folios, Steak with Montreal seasoning and cauliflower mash, and Tuscan Chicken (Chicken, mushrooms, spinach, a few chopped sun-dried tomatoes, heavy cream, butter, and parm cheese with Italian seasoning to taste)
Great suggestions! I eat alot of the same as you do. I add wild caught salmon and shrimp once a week plus canned sardines 2x per week. Now also do CodLiver 1x per week as per Dr. Berry recommendation. Love the Mango Chili LMNT idea for Guacamole! Will definitely try that. The seasonings I've been using lately are Redmonds Wasatch Steak on steak and hamburger bowls. I also fry 3 pieces of bacon, then add 4 eggs on top, break the yolks so it cooks evenly, top with goat cheese. Then fold the concoction in half like an omelet. Then sprinkle w/ Redmonds BBQ seasoning. 😋 !

Just curious but are you eating processed sausage? Processed pork sausage is basically cancer ground up, too many nitrates and chemicals. I eat about the same thing daily. Meat loaf is a constant. By making a meat loaf I can stretch a pound of ground beef into several meals. I usually sauté broccoli, cabbage and cauliflower with a chunk of meat loaf, and of course spices and sauces, and I'm good to go!
@@ginajohnson7485 Well, I sauté onion, bell pepper and celery and add it to the meat and mix it in. I also add walnuts and spices. It can't be NO carbs because of the veggies, but it's close enough in my book.

Yes, girl! It's taco Tuesday today. Taco bowls for my family. The kids look forward to it every week. It never gets old. I like to vary the meat every once in a while to keep it exciting for me when I'm feeling something a little different. Truth be told though... the simplicity of ground beef and cooking it on the same day every week is a big help for me. Tonight I'm throwing some nice fatty flanken beef short ribs in the instant pot AND I'll cook up some ground waygu in the pan. Feelin' some variety tonight. I'm trying your suggestion for the mango chili LMNT guac too!!

Cant go get some gooey cheese ... will def be doing these recipes . Thanks!
Sister, your hair is gorgeous!! I have all the symptoms of low thyroid. I see an endo tomorrow. 🙌🏼 I’m hoping that if I can balance my hormones that my hair will grow back in. I’ve been carnivore/ketovore since around April. Lost some weight, got some healing, then about 6-8 weeks ago, something knocked my hormones out of whack. Thank you to you and Dr. Berry for sharing and teaching all about this way of life. 🙏🏼

I just broke my fast with a steak fried in olive oil and butter. 😋 I've switched over to Carnivore because I have found pretty much every veggie tears me up and makes me feel bad. If I eat too much red meat, that makes me feel bad. Not sure why. 😕 I have fibromyalgia, RA, chronic fatigue syndrome, and Celiac disease. I feel better eating this way
Thank you for your comment. I also have fibromyalgia. I’m starting carnivore tomorrow. I pray it helps me. How long have you been doing this? I’m on pain meds and anti- seizure medications. Lexapro. Muscle relaxers. I want to get off all of it. Have you been able to ?
@Tina Butts I'm sorry, I just saw your comment. I did keto for 3yrs and a couple months ago switched over to Carnivore. Occasionally I'll have a salad & I've cheated on special occasions but regret it every time. 🙃 Keto and carnivore are anti-inflammatory so it really reduces my pain level. I haven't taken any meds but ibuprofen since 08. Every script they gave me I either didn't like the way it made me feel or it scared me. I rarely need ibuprofen because of diet and I take supplements that help. Did you start carnivore?

I love all the ketovore stuff Neisha ! May God bless you and Dr Berry for bringing this info out and helping people become healthier.
That's my favorite to eat!! Pork ribs!! With the rub! Yum yum. 😋
Off topic - I LOVE the silver in your hair. So elegant!
Pork Ribs sound amazing! What temp and about how long in the oven? My kids would love these! Thank you for the idea! ❤
I just ordered LMNT. Thx. Love your videos!
Neisha, wondering if you could do a up to date video on vitamins, natural body wash, face wash. Trying with everything I have to get my hashimotos under control. Love your videos.
Homemade pimento cheese scooped on top of a burger. Makes me happy!
Great video 😊 I like it when you share your recipes
LMNT Choc. Salt is #1 in our coffee! It tastes like hot chocolate :) Thanks for the inspiration!!! Never even thought about cooking w it!!!
I eat about the same thing daily. Meat loaf is a constant. By making a meat loaf I can stretch a pound of ground beef into several meals. I usually sauté broccoli, cabbage and cauliflower with a chunk of meat loaf, and of course spices and sauces, and I'm good to go!
Hi… how do you do meatloaf, with no carbs? Thank you!💜
@@ginajohnson7485 Well, I sauté onion, bell pepper and celery and add it to the meat and mix it in. I also add walnuts and spices. It can't be NO carbs because of the veggies, but it's close enough in my book.
Love love love your hair!!!!!!
I suffer from Chronic constipation. 67 years old and going through a bout now. I have been on keto for about three months. Had success at first but now I am suffering with the constipation. I just finished a few videos with Dr. Perry and guest regarding the carnivore diet. What vegetables should one totally avoid if you’re doing ketovore diet! Thank you for your response in advance
I love it when you share your meals! ❤
Glad you enjoy it!
Merry 1st Christmas to Miss Bonnie!! Have a wonderful and blessed Christmas to all!!
My staples are eggs, mince, steak, bacon, with some fermented vegetables like sauerkraut and kimchi.
Your hair looks pretty. Love the darker color.
Thanks for theses suggestions. Have a merry Christmas!
Thank you for sharing these ideas! 😊
My husband prefers to eat this way so I always appreciate fresh inspiration 😀
Add In Organ Meats Y’all!
Liver is delish if u cook it still pink in middle
And soak in milk overnight then drain before frying
Heart is wonderful - it’s a muscle so it’s very much like meat we re used to
Tongue-- Tacos Lenguas mmmm
Cod liver oil daily
Kidneys go easily into everything when chopped small
You look really pretty. Thanks for the meal ideas.
Gaahhhh I love this channel!!! Your awesome Neisha!!
Omg yes I'm going full ketovore next week and my go to has been fried or scrambled ( pastured ) eggs fried in ghee or tallow with steak or bacon / ham/ sausage , ground beef ( grass fed) cooked with onions with just a pinch of pink salt is addictive to me ! I've been buying gold quality burgers and doing same as you with pickles / tomatoes/ on top but will be sauteeing some onions and mushrooms next time and voila !
Endos have no clue what they’re doing
I’ve never been able to get my hair back after 55# wgt loss either
Price I paid…
Just made me think we eat a lot of the same things! Kind of reassuring. Thanks Neisha
yummy simple meals are where it’s at!! ♥️
We have taco bowls, or ground beef with eggs and cheese, (sometimes with onions too), steak for sure. The easier the better!! Who says this way of eating is not sustainable? Two+ years later, and going strong!
Amen to that!
$10 a pound for meat/ribs is budget friendly? I can’t sustain it
We’re having ribs for Christmas. The best way to cook them is in the Big Easy. Yum!
I just broke my fast with a steak fried in olive oil and butter. 😋 I've switched over to Carnivore because I have found pretty much every veggie tears me up and makes me feel bad. If I eat too much red meat, that makes me feel bad. Not sure why. 😕
I have fibromyalgia, RA, chronic fatigue syndrome, and Celiac disease.
Did you start carnivore?
thanks always appreciate simple keto/carno meal ideas. What you call a flat egg thing sounds and looks like one way of making an omlette
