    I freeze my chops independently in plastic bags. I defrost in water while in bag. Defrosts in mins. No salt needed.

    Can't wait to try the strawberry nutella, so simple! Can't wait to try the defrosting tip as much as we know about safety, life gets busy and you forget to get that protein out the night before, most of us will use a quick defrost of some sort & just pretend we don't... nobody likes dealing with hangry significant others after working all day 😂😂 ❤ all of your tips!

    To open a tight lid, place a rubber band around the lid. Be sure it’s secure (not loose). Now twist. Has worked every time!
    And note - a thicker rubber band will work better than a “stringy” one.

    The juice pops popsicle is in fact quite old and was Once upon a Time shown in the 1980s on ABC's like little mini Kiddy commercials if you can call it that the idea was that it was something kids could do or make and it was in between whatever the main show was going to be usually a little kitty movie of some form or other and you know regular commercials it was like a mini mini bonus call it.

    Or, how about you do something I've done for decades to open a jar. Run the top under hot water for a few seconds. The heat makes the jar lid expand and you can get the jar open in a few seconds.

      I have heard that if you pour boiling water into a glass container and don’t want it to break you place a teaspoon in the glass first !

      Some jars can handle the intense heat but shaking boiling water isn't what I'd do. Letting very warm water sit in the closed jar will liquify the honey.

    I can see how those bacon wrapped crackers with cheese could be super good, but I can't eat bacon that's not crispy. That soft texture with the bacon fat not entirely cooked will make me vomit. It's a texture thing.
