    To summurize the video : Put the gravel in the concrete mixer, wash it, clean it with 10 liters of wd40, then polish it with soap and toothpaste (about 100 tubes), then color with a can of paint then mix with a silicone and solvent finish .

      WD40 is a solvent. It will dissolve your tires. It will also dissolve plastic, so don't spray it on that, either.

    When I bought my sports car I was told not to use armor all on the tires. If they get on the disc brakes, you're not going to stop. Imagine wd 40 on the breaks?

      Even Armor all should be applied as he did it, spray on cloth away from the tire and wipe on. It shouldn't apply near enough to get into the brakes.

    WD40 was invented by chemist for NASA for water repellent. Took them 39 attempts before they got it right on 40th time, hence the name; Water Dispersant 40

      Is that what it means? Didn't know that. And disperse water moisture it does. I started an engine on our car by spraying the distributor cap with it. My Dad taught me that many years ago. It was after the car just stopped when my wife drove on very wet streets.

    1:40 biiiig nono. Never oil up any of the threaded surface of your tire even a bit. In sharp turns that is the carcas which will get the highest side orces and so it needs to have grip. Also candle wax on windshield… what about the wipers after that.. they will skip like hell. Wd40 on plastic/rubber is maybe not a big issue in a cheap car with tons of hard plastic but in some cars you definitely ruin your quality interior in no time with that crap.

      Not all rubber on your car is solvent resistant. The solvent in WD-40 will eventually weaken the rubber you apply it to. Plus, putting a sticky on the tire tread is a dangerous thing to do. But, to each his own

    I had once a old Opel Astra in red, and red faded so bad in the sun I polished the hole car with WD40 and it looked like new painted. WD40 is great for everything.

    For the love of sweet Baby Jesus: do *NOT* put WD-40, or any lubricant/tire dressing on the TREAD portion of your tires. That is an accident waiting to happen.

      Exactly... The same applies to applying the tire dressing some people put it on the inside of the tire which you not supposed to do on the tread it's just supposed to be strictly on the sidewall.

    So, never use wd40 on rubber, it's degrades and breaks the rubber properties down. You can use it to clean a rubber O ring for example but you are not to leave it soaking.

You can afford to waste solvent, you have the money to buy plastic cups and throw them away, you have sealant just sitting around to be used on a whim, you can afford to ruin a welding rod, you can use toothpaste not as expected, you can afford an electric drill and the electricity to power it, you can afford the time to experiment but you can't afford to buy 5ml can of varnish?

    So far, no one noticed that taking apart a candle is ridiculous. Buy a box of 4 paraffin bars. You can do the temporary scratch filler (to make sure you can use "touch up paint" later) and make a hundred candles.

    WD40 does have a lot of uses, but I'm not sure I'd want to use it inside the car because of the smell!

      Wd40 goes away after a few hours if you don't use too much and leaving the windows open just a little bit will help speed up the odor disappearing...never use PBBlaster inside your vehicle or house that stuff outstinks Wd40 by miles! It works for what it's supposed to but it's the kind of odor that absorbs very readily in your clothes, upholstery, carpets,etc.

    3:05 Could you tell me if I used this, that color (or barn red) will the surface be slippery when wet and will it withstand winters on my pressure treated wood slat outdoor walkway (from driveway to front door and exposed to the elements). Nothing else seems to work. By spring half has peeled away and it just looks nasty. Thank you in advance sir !

    Try WD-40 works great on stainless steel appliances. Put a little on a soft cloth and wipe with the grain. The smell goes away in a short time.

      ​@regd.2263 Absolutely it will not .... wd40 is used extensively on motor cycle chains where there are a lot of rubber "o" rings and after the WD40 thouroughly cleans the chains and rubbers the chain is then coated with proper chain lubricant. WD40 does not harm rubber.

    Все советы это когда у тебя куча свободного времени и много денег !!! Всё что тут показано можно сделать меньшими усилиями и финансами !!! Цена wd намного выше чем пару капель любого масла (есть без запаха) можно взять вазелин или тот же огарок свечки !! Силикон перкрасно расворяется в расвотрителе без всяких добавок!!! Полировать можно и одной зубной пастой !! Зачем переводить продукты и усложнять жизнь???? Так что автору надо поучится у жизни и набратся опыта а потом людей учить!!!!!

    At 1:28 WD was shown as well as repeated again at 13:21 mins...at12:56 min using the spanner with a coin to unscrew a nut is not advisable at engine area, one slip, if the coin falls off you may have to overhaul the whole engine thing to get at lost coin...

    STOP taking your vehicles through car washes that use spinning brushes and or mop rags, THEY are ruining your vehicles paint, especially Black paints.
    Find a car was that uses only high pressure water jets !

    Don't use a box cutter on your laminate flooring. Or any flooring. Wax melts or small unburned candles are great for vehicle air fresheners.

      ne faites aucune de ses préconisations malheureuse, regardez les commentaires, ils lui disent qu'il est dangereux et devrait aller en tôle pour avoir conseillé de mettre de l'huile W40 sur les pneus car accident garanti par perte d'adhésion sur la route !

    It's not advised to use WD40 other than it's intention stated on the can, if it was they would surely like to tell you that it is in order to make even more $ from it. For the benefit of your well being and that of others please use WD40 and all other products as they are intended.

    polishing scratches out with plain toothpaste does the exact same thing. and any pain will waterproof stuff just as well as that 13 step process ....
