Rohan Kurani For me, as a kid, the hardest part was the fact that I had to acknowledge that death can happen. My grandmother died when I was 6 and it was really painfull. I didn't know why and how she died, I always thought you'll just sleep and one day you'll never wake up. I later learned (around 10 years later) that she commited suicide. Everyone remember the first time, as a kid, that they were told to or had to go to a funeral. Even though those types of events make you realize that life is not just filled with hapiness, it is really hard to go through for any one.

If they say that they do want a hug, I let them be the first to let go. Sometimes they hold on for a long time, and I never know how much they need it. This young boy is actually smarter then most people at all.. Giving someone a Hug can make a difference between feeling lonely or depressed at all.. but no one gets it. He already understands that people needs to feel some love or friendly feeling aswell
I feel like the little boy looks very familiar to me. I think he's an actor now..
I'm pretty sure that's called being a good person. Intelligence and kindness are two different things for two different purposes. Both good, but different
@@Nihlm that's true and besides there's no such thing as a VERY smart person

This kid is 16 now. We need to see him again
This little boy has empathy at such a young age
That will be repressed in his teens as our macho culture discourages feelings. He will be groomed for competition, sports, soldiering, fighting, aggression, winning, strength...
@@jcjensenllc that's sadly true
Actually I think kids have more empathy than adults most of the time .
@@jcjensenllc Absolute BS

The worst thing about being young for me is that everyone expects you to act like an adult while simultaneously you treating like a child.
The paradox of adolescence.
holy crap the kid is same age is me today
I still get this at 27 lol
It will continue like that, and the best you can do is find what works for you. Best phrase i found is "your early 20's is like playing the game when you skipped the tutorial"

@@gapplssb bad parents and bad teachers. I think.
Unfortunately not :(
@@gapplssb ah, well you see, when we were young, we don't really get embarrassed when we do something stupid. Older, you realize more things. It's quite embarrassing to do that, right? But, I agree. Get hurt, get hugs!
I am currently a preschool teacher, and I always have two rules for hugs;
1. I ask their permission, because not every child responds well to touch.
2. If they say that they do want a hug, I let them be the first to let go. Sometimes they hold on for a long time, and I never know how much they need it.
These may seem like small things, but they usually seem to feel better afterwards :)
