He was buried and He was raised from the dead on the third day according to the Scriptures (1 Corinthians 15:3-4)
For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever
believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.’’ (John 3:16)
We aren’t saved based on our good deeds/works, but only by the grace of God through faith.

Jesus said ‘’it is finished’’ (John 19:30) just before He died on the cross, which means He paid the fine for our sins

''Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out'' (Acts 3:19)
Repentance is a turning away from sin and all evil works, and it always results in changed behavior (Luke 3:8).

While sorrow from sin is not equivalent to repentance, it is certainly an element of scriptural repentance (2 Corinthians 7:10).
Do not play a hypocrite. ''God is light; in Him there is no darkness at all.

If you have repented and have genuine faith in Jesus Christ then you will receive the gift of Holy Spirit and be born-again spiritually.

I am American and got an electric kettle a couple years ago and I can’t believe I’ve lived without one for so long. I use it every day. If you don’t have an electric kettle go get one today- I use it for tea, oatmeal, hot chocolate, ramen- it’s amazing!

I was born in Bangladesh and completed my high school there that followed a British curriculum. I then moved to the US one month before my nineteenth birthday. After watching this video, I can say this was really relatable! I love both British and American culture as they're distinct from each other, and of course, I still make fun of these differences! Would really love to visit the UK sometime and watch the facial expression of a Brit when I pronounce my t's in bottle/water!

I am Canadian and we drink alot of tea up here. We also have electric tea kettles. I can confirm that Americans do not drink tea on a normalized cultural level like we do. If they do, its usually something "cool and different" they learned. Tea drinking has beeb ingrained in Brit and commonwealth nations for ages. They drink coffee, latte, expresso and sweet tea(not the same) in the states.

We call them "biscuits" and they tend to be lighter and moister than scones. It's delicious honestly... Also, most Americans don't have a bag of chips with every meal. We do to have electric kettles. Mine heats the water to the proper temp according to what I am going to drink like black tea, green tee or herbal tea even pour over for coffee
We have coffee pots which could be used as electric kettles, or we have stand alone kettles that we heat up on the stovetop. But we use them a lot more for broth or hot cocoa than tea tbh.

Oh trust me we know it doesn’t mean you can’t find any in the US. We are just compelled by the fact that most American households don’t have it because it such a basic thing in like every kitchen in Europe and Asia.

In the southern United States we drink Sweet iced tea. It's too hot for hot tea. At the height if Summer the temperature get's as high as 109°F. Combined with the humidity, it feels like a sauna.
We use a black tea and there are various ways to make it.
My grandparents use to ace the tea bags in large glass jar, fill it with water, and place it in the sun to brew. Then sweeten it with sugar and pour over ice.
There are also Brewing appliances specifically for tea. My mother used to put tea bags in a small pot, fill with water to cover, brew on the stove just to boling point, remove from heat to steep. Add 2 to 3 cups of sugar as this is a gallon worth of tea. Then refrigerate. It is so refreshing to have a glass of iced sweet tea with a slice of lemon in the hot summers in the south. ☺

Used to be colonised by UK, so I study my ENGlish till secondary sch. From time to time... my English is UK style wordings. But aussie n us accent awa my place. soooo many us movie on TV... And I need to correct my accent from a mix of 3-4 styles... I don't know what I m talking about. 😅😂😂😂
LOL we definitely have electric kettles in America. But it’s not a “common” household appliance. I’ve always had one in my house but I’m also Asian, so, you know, tea and cup noodles. 🤷🏻♀️
It's definitely extremely rare, and I would say the ONLY reason you'd ever have one is if you're from Asian or foreign decent. I've never met a single person in my life in the US with an electric kettle.

I don’t know how the idea that Americans don’t use electric kettles came about but I’m 65 and have always used an electric kettle, and so do most of my family and friends. I do live in the south and we can’t live without our (properly brewed) tea.

In the American South we do drink a lot of tea but in my experience growing up we just boil water on the stovetop. I never saw an electric kettle or really knew it was a thing until I served in the Arctic with the Army.

We do have electric kettles . Glass electric kettles have become pretty popular in the last 5-10 years . But overall most people would still have a kettle that gets heated on the stove .

Also most private schools aren’t public schools, public schools are specifically schools like Eton, Harrow etc. They’re more selective, tend to have a longer history and are still strongly associated with the ‘upper classes’ compared to private/independent schools. So all public schools are private but not all private schools are public.

I am American and there is NO way that lady wasnt satire that tea making process is revolting and I am sure it was meant to shock and horrify both sides of the pond 😂😂😂...and yes we have electric kettles its just not as common cos not everybody consumes tea as much as coffee.
🤨 you can use kettles to make boiling water for coffee too.
@@AA-bz1pr most people that drink coffee regularly use a coffee maker that does all the work. It takes longer to use an electric kettle and make a pour over coffee than it does to use a keurig, though a pour over would probably be better.

@@Lucy-xl3jc It's assumed if you say American, you're from the US. Yes, Canada, Mexico, etc are in America (North, Central. South) say they're from Mexico, Costa Rica, Brazil, etc, not "America". But coming from the US. A Candian as an example is not going to say they are American, because as noted they don't want to be mixed up with a person from the US.

I think almost every British school has fish and chip Fridays at school. I can also confirm we love beans. My friend brought in about 6 cans of beans to prank his teacher and he dared me to eat a full can (420g) of cold baked beans and I did it.

Depends on the household. If it's a tea-drinking family, there's almost definitely an electric kettle in the kitchen .
I can believe that. My family has a corner in the kitchen where we keep our teas, hot chocolate packets and our good ol electric kettle. I know that thing has seen its use through my college years when i ate mostly Ramen cups and yakisoba packs.
I’ve got at least four electric kettles in the house. We drink lots of tea, all the time actually.
I don't know if you'd really call it a kettle but my family has a Tea Maker, like a Coffee Maker, it does the same thing, just, with tea instead, works the exact same way basically.
