    well I do bhastrika pranayam as I get my BP high when get anxiety and this result in stomach cramps and diarreah...so bhastrika works best for me to lower my Bp and remove unwanted thoughts....breathing good is a healing power itself....

    Ma'am I would like to ask when we are doing kapalbhati and Pranayam if we happen to miss early morning when the stomach is empty,
    if I wish to do in the midday how many hours after meals should I practice Pranayam and kapalbhati

      Kapalbathi and pranayam activate fire element, so it’s best done in the morning. But if it’s not possible, then 2 and a half to 3 hours gap should be there after heavy meals.

      Indira Ghosh. Do the simple but powerful anapana breath observation meditataion daily to feel relaxed. Enter "Anapana 10 minute English meditation by SN Goenka" on Google search. This is mainly for relaxation. It can be done at your convenience though early morning is a good time . Best wishes.
