yes and really this thing happens ,When our minds falter, our bodies step up. It's about pushing through when things get tough, showing the strength of both our minds and bodies working together.
Self love and working on ourselves reduce anxiety and panic attack.... Saying it after dealing with it for 3 years and now I'm absolutely fine.

i reduced by anxity by by joining my both hands 🙏 you now how.
see what you do is just this you join your hands 🙏 and see any thing that is most important to you for 5 min very kindly towards it say thanks to it prase it .for ex: what i did i took my specs and kept on my bead and i started seeing it kindly and prased it in all kinds 50 precent of my anxiety gone .

I have suffered from Anxiety for 2 years. My healing started when i gave my life to Jesus Christ. Just as written in Matthew 11:28 - Come to Me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Now I am free because of Jesus.
Anxiety is the worst kind of thing, you always live in the fear of unknown, cannot do a thing, gasp for breath, no ones understand your situation. This is worst!

Learn to ignore what is unnecessary. Always ask, whether the thoughts are serving any purpose. Sit and write it down you will get clarity on what is making you stressful then try to slove them or ignore them

@@proudindian4449 it's quite difficult for me to avoid intrusive thoughts as i have been dealing with OCD , but i will try my best to not to give any attention to such negative , unnecessary thoughts.

I guess, The instant cure for anxiety is to understand the fact that there are infinite amount of possible outcomes in this universe and our brain only thinks of a handful . A bad outcome can become the means of a good outcome in the future. Just like that a good outcome can become the means of a bad outcome. For example, you lost your job (bad thing). But then you got a new job which is better ( bad thing led to a good outcome.) It's an endless cycle. So just go with the flow and don't think about it . 😄 Goodluck.

Anxiety is not a disease its a disorder which can be just go away with proper channeling of mind . Keep yourself busy in other things. Just forget you have anxiety by avoiding the thoughts
But axienty symptoms make me feel like i have serious diseases
R. Sandhu dont worry it will just go away with time. You just keep yourself busy all the time. Watch your favourite shows, movies , do some physical exercise, meditation , stretching exercises , belly breathing etc.., will help you to get rid of it easily.

R. Sandhu dear its not at all a problem to worry about. Learn to live with it . Avoid caffeinated foods and make a healthy life style. Never run away from any situation. Face every situation and in no time you will witness a change. Everyone human will have anxiety. Its just a bit higher in your case which is not at all a problem. You can control it very easily by breathing techniques . First of all stop seeing it as a problem or a disease. Its very normal to have anxiety.

Psychedelics definitely have potential to deal with mental health symptoms like anxiety and depression , I would like to try them again but it's just so hard to source here
Psychedelics are the reason why i didn't take my life when i was at my end . I was stripped of my ego and saw the beauty of life and interconnectivity and even though i still battle anxiety and depression , I'm doing better everyday and will never think in such a self destructive way again .
